Simon Says Thai Food is a wonderful addition to Main Street and downtown EG. The food is delicious, with everything made from scratch using fresh, quality ingredients. Meals like the chicken wonton soup, chicken pad thai, chicken and shrimp basil, chicken katsu curry, Pad Thai, and Panang Curry are all excellent. The sauces made in-house are some of the best, with a fantastic chili paste for spice. The new menu and interior offer healthy options and variety of portions, great for a quick lunch or a filling dinner. The staff is friendly and outgoing, with fast yet casual service. They don’t serve alcohol, but customers can bring their own. This is a great place for warm, relaxing dining-in or takeout.
