Thank you to the woman who took care of us. Took my younger sister who didn’t know what to get. The service was great. Thank you for your patience and suggestions. The Frappuccino we ordered was delicious. Might need to go back :).
Most of the workers at this Starbucks are friendly and kind and knowledgeable, but not enough of them. Every-time I go to this location my drink is made wrong or a different way. When I let them know at the cashier how I would like it made before the barista even makes it they say it’s not possible— even though every other Starbucks location says it is and makes it for me! Second time going to this location after my OTF class and second time disappointed with the service. I understand mistakes happen but don’t have an attitude about it. Get it right the first time and I won’t have to bother you. Not sure if it was the manager (little older lady) , but she was just plain grouchy. Also this location’s prices are higher (like Chapel Hill). Go to Greenwich Ave, better product, nice people, and lower prices!!
