We LOVE this Baja location! We are half way between the Highland Ave Baja and another and we always chose this one when we can! Jesus and his crew make the place feel so friendly and cheerful. It’s always super clean and the food looks fresh always. The people working here really make this place feel special. My husband goes here so often now they know his face! Such a nice feeling to walk in to a restaurant and be greeted with a smile and fist bump...Really can't say enough good things about this location. A+++ great job guys!

Good Spanish food dine in or take to go. Rice bowls overflows with all the goods you can jam in. The pernil has great flavor, and the platanos are sweet, crispy, and tender! Horchata is a must try.

I made a rice bowl with pinto beans, shrimp, spicy cheese sauce and a variety of my favorite toppings. It was very good and very filling. The plantains were very good also. I brought them home and had them with vanilla ice cream.

Have gone twice now and both times have been awesome! First time I tried the steak burrito and second time the carnitas rice bowl. Both had great flavor. The restaurant is like Moe's or Chipotle but has way more options and toppings to choose from. Definitely recommend!

Me and my friend were playing with the messy doe at madici and are hands were all dirty and itchy. So when we finished we went to go wash them untill we were eating for 50 hours for someone to finish taking a dump. We couldn’t wait any longer so we Went to wash them in a disgusting puddle on a sewer cap. Then I had the insane idea to go to bajas tho wash em. Then we ran like the flash to Bajas next door, we quickly used their clean amazing restroom and were happy to be clean again. GRACIAS BAJA’S!!!

Before this location was a Baja's, it was a Moe's... and I was excited for the years I enjoyed Moe's because it had more options than Chipotle down the street. Well, Covid came along and Moe's went consistently downhill - each and every time I went there. Imagine my surprise driving by one day when I noticed that *gasp* it wasn't a Moe's anymore! It was a Baja's... I'd seen them around (local-ish chain) but I'd never tried them out. Holy moly was I impressed and I've been happy with each visit ever since. There are so many options you can create here, the food is always fresh, they have a great selection of beverages, and the service is always great - not to mention the portions are huge!! Just last night, the boyfriend and I wanted a quick in-and-out meal to bring home...I was extra happy to see that they now have pickled onions as a topping! If you haven't tried them out yet, YOU SHOULD. I simply can't think of a reason why you'd go back to Chipotle (just 30 seconds down the street) after experiencing all that Baja's has to offer.

This is based off take-out.Partner and I were craving some tex-mex and noticed this place was nearby and had some deals going on through their restaurant and UberEats. They also had a chicken chimi, my fav tex-mex meal. Got a free bag of chips, free oreo pie slice and a nice discount off the price. My chicken chimi was very tasty but, kinda dry with no sauce. My partner got a California Baja burrito which he loved. The nacho cheese is just velveeta and the queso is yummy. Gets kinda goopy rather quickly though. Since the main dishes don't come refried beans and rice, we ordered that as a side. The beans are not refried beans, it's just whole beans and the rice is meh. We didn't eat either but, the pinto beans were great in some chili I made the next day. Chips and salsa were good. The Oreo cake was the weirdest texture. Kinda gelatinous and really didn't taste like Oreos. Overall, it seems from my partners experience and the ratings, Baja burrito is the way to go. Won't make an effort to eat there again but, okay to grab a quick bite.
