“Flavortown with some pesto pasta and a yacht club. Hard to do better anywhere else around town. Great holiday baskets for all your boomer family members.Parking: Gets busy, can park on and across street”
“I had an amazing experience at The Local! This cozy local bar offers a fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, and an exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. There are plenty of high top tables and it is a great place to watch a game. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great time. The added bonus of a cool golf simulator adds a unique touch to the overall experience. Can't wait to visit again!”
“If I didn't see this restaurant on DoorDash I would have never tried it as the building doesn't look like anything special from the outside. I was so wrong - I ordered the Shrimp Mozanbique, Bitoque, and Calamari - everything was cooked perfectly and truly delicious. I'm so glad I decided to try this place and I'll be ordering again in the near future.”
“The Rhody Hen on Waterman is a must try. Saw the menu and the salads looked great. Went in and had to try the Chicken soup, Veggie Benny and I ended up with the 2 egg, house made corned beef hash, home fries and extra toasted toast. The hash browns are lightly fried to give a great crunch but fluffy on the inside. Layer that on the toast with over medium egg on top is a winning combination here. They know how to fry an egg. My husband said the Veggie Benny was top notch!! The chicken soup is the best he’s had; you can see the steam coming off it. Delicious with real chicken, zucchini, spinach and more.Breanna, sweet as can be!! Thank you for making our experience even better.”
“Best fried chicken I’ve had in Rhode Island. I’ve lived in the south for a number of years and this place gets it right. The Nashville Hot Chicken Bao Buns were our favorite. We also loved the creamed corn and mac and cheese. Give this place a try if you’re looking for delicious chicken and southern comfort food.”
“Jeff's looked like a good option since I was on a business trip to Mansfield. Their menu is pretty extensive and they offer some really unique pies. I have to say, I had extremely high expectations for Jeff's. The place is a real neighborhood joint (big plus), it is spotless, great vibe, and a really engaging staff. I thoroughly enjoyed "talking pizza" with the counter guy. But my pizza fell short, but I think it is because I was influenced by the variety of pies. There was actually too many strong flavors that seemed to be in competition with each other. I say this with the knowledge that my preference for pizza is the simpler the better ... so this is clearly an individual preference. What I will say is that the equality of the ingredients was outstanding and the pie was cooked to perfection. So while I give this pizza a 4 star review, I will absolutely go back and order a pie that is more aligned with my preference (simpler). I have every confidence that rating will be different.”
“Two places to explore, the restaurant and the store. We enjoyed both! At the restaurant, hot food that one can place on plates and dine in, or use the takeout containers. We loaded up on meat, feijoada, sausage and chicken. Everything gets weighted at the end. There are plenty of tables and the restaurant is accessible. Street parking was easy. The store is smaller and one can buy brasilian supplies (even clothing) and (what we were looking for) salgadinhos. We enjoyed some hot, made fresh, but took most of the food home to eat later.Everything heated up well.Delicious!!”
“Miller's is famous for its sandwiches, but if you love Roastbeef sandwiches look no further. I've had them all over the US & I'm always glad to hit up Miller's #1”
“Absolutely loved this place. The bar itself has a great layout and plenty of room. We walked in and immediately had seats at the bar. Bartenders were attentive & super friendly. The food, drinks and live music were all 10/10. The special egg rolls (Shepards pie) were AMAZING. We went with the intention of having an app & quick drink due to not living close by but ended up staying for about 3 hours. Will definitely be back!”
“First time trying Portuguese food and I will definitely be back! Quick service, cozy atmosphere and incredibly delicious food. We had bifa a casa, shrimp with lemon and herb sauce and house sangria. The appetizer bread onion oil dip was amazing too.”
“Incred-a-Bowl is my go-to caterer. I've hired them for events with group sizes ranging from 30 - 90 guests. Typically I opt for the delivered buffet, but during an outdoor event in the summer have also had them bring the food truck onsite!Their food is always a huge crowd pleaser (I often make sure I have cards or flyers on hand when they come because guests are always asking me for their information). Their selections are delicious and filling without being too heavy (aka they don't tire folks out for our afternoon programming!). Given the affordability, I'm always able to order a sizable buffet that allows for seconds and leftovers. As an event planner, it can be challenging to meet the dietary needs of all my guests (esp for large groups) but the Incred-a-Bowl buffet always has plenty of flexibility for gluten free, vegetarian, etc.Beyond the delicious food, the Incred-a-Bowl team is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are kind, friendly, reliable, and a joy to be around.Vegetarian options: Any of the Incred-a-Bowl dishes can be made with tofu, but as a vegetarian myself, I usually opt to build my own bowl with rice, beans, slaw, rice, toppings etc. It's one of my favorites and I don't miss the meat at all.Dietary restrictions: I have served Incred-a-Bowl to groups of ~90 guests and not had to worry about dietary restrictions. Because their bowls are rice-based and their buffet is build-your-own, I always feel confident my guests can build a combination that works for them. I also always send the Incred-a-Bowl team my dietary restriction list ahead of time and they make sure to flag anything that may be a risk for a guest.”
“I love sax! I live directly behind them and conveniently go about 1 time a week. Everyone there is super nice and always keeps the food consistent. Chicken fingers are awesome, steak and cheese is good and pizza is perfect every time. Calzones are massive as well. Certainly worth a visit if you’re nearby!Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly”
“Have yet to be dissatisfied with anything here. Nice hearty breakfast plates for less than what you expect. It's a small dining area, but worth the wait if it's busy.”
“Cute little restaurant with good food, very fresh and a large menu. They have ramen, sushi, sushi bowls and entrees. The service is exceptional.Vegetarian options: Tempura, vegetarian rolls, ramen, bowls”
“Some of these reviews are wild. This is a cute coffee shop with delicious drinks and food. A little more expensive than your average Dunkin run, but well worth it!”
