Ordered a pickup order through their website. Got a text that the order would be ready at a certain time. I get there and it's CLOSED on a Friday night. I called a few times, no one answered. I assumed they had some type of an emergency. BUT, they had the nerve to charge my credit card for an order I NEVER received. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
LOVE this place! Just moved to the neighborhood and I'm thrilled I found this neighborhood sub and pizza shop.
The steak and cheese is the best I've had in a looooong time... It's delicious!! 😋 You can taste the difference in their quality of meat, which is definitely a different caliber than the average sub shop. The portions are huge.
