“The food is excellent and the staff are friendly and responsive to the customers.BUT I am deeply concerned about the extremely low pay that they are paid! Until this issue is addressed in a fair & equitable way acceptable to the staff, I Will NOT buy any further food from any of their locations.”

“Subway – Newport Avenue, Rumford, Rhode Island I want to give a huge compliment to the male employee working after 4:00 PM today. He made an absolutely delicious sandwich, prepared the way a Subway sandwich should be! It was fresh, flavorful, and loaded with the vegetables that make a sandwich satisfying. He did an exceptional job! Unfortunately, my experience at 3:50 PM with the female employee was the complete opposite. My sandwich had hardly any vegetables, and every bite was mostly bread. When I asked for more, she told me she could only use a little because she didn’t want to get in trouble. I understand employees have guidelines to follow, but a sandwich should be made with a reasonable, balanced amount of ingredients. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re getting shortchanged on toppings. Honestly, I’ve reached the point where I feel I have to look inside the store before deciding whether to stop. If she’s working, I’m likely to drive to another Subway because I’ve been disappointed with the sandwiches she prepares. The male employee deserves recognition for doing an outstanding job and showing how good a Subway sandwich can be. I hope management can address the consistency of sandwich preparation so every customer gets the quality they expect and pay for.”

“I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for over 20 years. A few years ago it changed ownership and unfortunately the quality really went downhill — they rarely had donuts available and the service wasn’t very friendly, so I stopped going for a while.
Recently I decided to give it another try and I’m really glad I did. The new manager, Nicole, has completely turned things around. She has built a strong team, the staff is friendly, the store is well run, and they consistently have everything stocked.
Nicole even got me using the app to order ahead, which has been extremely convenient. It’s great to see this Dunkin back to being a reliable spot in the community.”

“I typically don't review fast food establishments. However I had not been to a Popeye's Chicken in probably 25 years or so. My 11-year-old son for his birthday had the request to eat at Popeye's Chicken and then go to the movies. Ultimately we went to Popeye's Chicken. I do have to say the establishment was extremely clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We ordered our food which was ready in a timely fast food like manner. We did end up missing one sandwich. Which was given to us without any fuss and also in a timely manner with an apology. I do have to say the food was quite delicious at least for the chicken. Everybody seem to like their meals. There was 10 of us total. The chicken was definitely very greasy but did in my opinion have a perfect amount of crisp as well as the opinions of the others I was with. The mashed potatoes that I got for a side were definitely steamed and didn't taste that great. But I don't think you go to Popeye's Chicken for the mashed potatoes. Maybe you do. Not a place that I would need to go back to for myself. My son on the other hand who turned 11 enjoyed it quite a bit and wants to go back.”

“If I could give a bigger rating for service, I would without hesitation. Everyone who served us were the most patient and enthusiastic folks on the planet. Everything was thoroughly explained and recommendations were made. I haven't had such a wonderful dining experience in a long time.

The guava moscow mule is a must try! The service was amazing too. Everyone was so friendly and attentive—they really made us feel at home. The warm churros are served with hot fudge and caramel… absolutely delicious. If you’re craving authentic Mexican food, great drinks, and a relaxed, welcoming vibe, definitely give Juncal a try!”
