I hate to be one of those customers but this is the second time I’ve gone here and my food was either burned or my coffee was made wrong, this time it was both, I’m very disappointed with this location.
This Duncan location is a very good location and has all the normal items that you can order it's never too busy so there was no long lines inside the drive-thru had longer lines and masks are still to be worn inside

For the most part they are very sharp here, but this last time, the beautiful young girl at the drive through with the headsets and no brains messed up my order, gave no receipt and kept 6 dollars of my change. I had to go back, park my car and walk inside to get the correct donuts and my dinero. They gave me my change with a straight face, ( like there was something wrong with me ) no apologies and went back to their business as usual—NEXT! ?What is the world coming to...
