I ordered 2 4-piece nuggets through the McDonald’s app and received chicken tenders instead of nuggets. I noticed after leaving the drive-through, so I circled back expecting a simple exchange. Instead, I was told I had to come inside, and the whole situation became unnecessarily confusing and frustrating. A young man who said he was the manager came to the window and was yelling, saying they didn’t know what was going on, which only made things worse.

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its consistently hot food, including delicious fries. The dining area is well-maintained, and the staff provides attentive service, often checking on customers' satisfaction. Despite the busy atmosphere, especially during late-night hours, the restaurant efficiently handles orders and delivers fresh, high-quality meals.
