Is this to new normal? Food is never ready at the window even if you use the app. They always ask you to pull up and have someone bring you the food. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before, there is no reason food can’t be ready, especially when it’s a simple order.

I visit this McDonalds often & I can honestly say this is a very nice McDonalds. The food is ALWAYS hot even the fries! Who likes cold fries? This location is close to where I work that is how I discovered it. I wish the one near my home was more like this.Thanks a lot!

Was told to pull aside so our food could be brought to our car. Both quarter pounders were undercooked. And one pack of french fries contained hair. Tried to call but they don't answer their phone. Horrible experience.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon to grab lunch and boy was I impressed. The dinning was immaculate. We tried utilizing the Mobile Order Table Service for the first time and the food came right out and was delivered to our table. Everything was hot and fresh. Employees were pleasant and furthermore, the manager came around the dining room and asked us how our everything was?! It's been a long time since I've seen this level of service at this price point. Thanks for a wonderful lunch experience!

This McDonalds blows chunks man I spent 5 minutes trying to get a worker to give me an order I could see was finished behind the counter. AND there were like 4 other people who had been waiting for twenty minutes with me in there. Absolute mess of a place. Get it together. Focus on the people IN your store.

By far the worst McDonald's I've been to. Stood in line for 10 min while kids just talked in back. A manager came from the play room looking miserable as hell and finally took my order. At least they didn't mess up the order.
Not very busy, took way to long to prepare food, food was put in wrong packaging.

Last month I purchased chicken nuggets for my daughter and She ended up puking all night and was sick with food poisoning for 24 hours. Last night, I wanted to try this location again because the kids asked for it. I got my son nuggets and now he has been puking all night. I’m officially done. My kids love their food but everytime we go, the wait is terrible and the food is cold and the employees are very unprofessional. This location has gone downhill so bad.
