What is wrong with this place. Ordered a bacon egg cheese got a sausage egg and cheese so I went back and they had a massive attitude in the end the gave me another sausage egg and cheese, this isn't the first time but it's my last time here.

For the most part they are very sharp here, but this last time, the beautiful young girl at the drive through with the headsets and no brains messed up my order, gave no receipt and kept 6 dollars of my change. I had to go back, park my car and walk inside to get the correct donuts and my dinero. They gave me my change with a straight face, ( like there was something wrong with me ) no apologies and went back to their business as usual—NEXT! ?What is the world coming to...

9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong.Then when you tell the staff your order is not right, they give you attitude and act like it's your fault. Very unacceptable. The staff is borderline mentally challenged.

Just ordered off of Uber eats and all I wanted was 2 glazed donuts 2 coffees and hash browns...you only gave me the coffee and hash browns...where's my food that I ordered for my son!? So now he's got nothing to eat! ??...you literally have 1 JOB and work at a donut shop and completely forget to pack the donuts!?... I'll be damned if I go and buy a car from a dealership and they forget to put on the wheels..?...if you can't work at Dunkin then you probably shouldn't be working at all...maybe you'll do a better job doing uber eats instead... can't mess that up ?

This is probably the worst Dunkin I've been to in area. The older staff was being so rude to the younger, newer staff for learning mistakes while all the customers were not even complaining. This poor girl was overwhelmed and they kept going. Please treat your staff better.
