Palo is a gem of a restaurant located in a historic building next to the canal. The service is amazing, with friendly and kind employees who provide excellent care. The tapas menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, including patatas bravas, lamb, tortilla, and anchovies in vinegar. The sangria is also a highlight. With its lovely atmosphere and excellent food, Palo is a place to repeat, and it's no wonder reservations can be hard to come by.
