“Went to visit my sister in Pawtucket as I live in Boston and was craving KFC so we went to visit the location on newport avenue and I was greeted with friendly service and could not believe how fast my food was handed to me! I ordered a 7 piece family mail which was a great price- food was fresh and hot I have no complaints“

“I work at a Bodyshop in Bristol drive by every morning today 4 of us stopped in for lunch..place was busy. Don't mess around know what u want to eat the place is fast paced and blue collar guys need to get in and out quick. I got the meatloaf,side of potatos and the cold rotinni mac salad , and cranberry sauce ...let me tell u that's enough for 2 people at 17$..This will be a lunch spot for us...today he had Ribs, chicken wings, full chickens , lasagna,meatloaf options were endless...they have a couple tables , sodas and juices, all he needs is a glass of wine or cold beer and it's a wrap. “I had to write a review as I received the best customer service yesterday. I placed an order online and got caught in traffic. The manager called my husband to make sure everything was alright and that I didn’t go to the wrong location. Talk about customer service!! Me and my son walked in and I joked I felt like I was walking into cheers- 3 workers said my name so they could get my order ready. That’s right- they waited until I got there once my husband explained I was running late to make sure my food was hot!! I wish I got everyone’s names. They were honestly the nicest people and I think that deserves recognition.“

Staff were very professional and efficient I was in restaurant for less than 5 minutes and on my way and there were at least 7 customers in restaurant... “I’ve never been in to this location before. I always expect for Chick-fil-A to be busy but it’s clear to see why everybody is stopping here. I don’t think I’ve ever seen teenagers so happy to be working. Hannah and the other young lady at the register we both happy, attentive and it seemed that everyone there really took pride in their work.
