“Went through the Drive thru and ordered 2 -12 pc fried ? chicken bucket specials that came with only 2 sides! The girl came over the speaker and said $66 and change! What I remember used to be only $20 each now costs $30 each! I guess it's been a long time since I enjoyed a KFC dinner! Food was hot upon arriving home, and tasted so good with that familiar taste we remembered. We had Cole Slaw and Mashed potatoes with gravy for our sides.“

“They added a self order kiosk right when you walk in so saves time from waiting in line to order. Best part is still being able to get your own sauce so you can get a variety or a little bit of each one for enhanced flavor. They always keep it clean inside and the sauce counters are always clean.“
“I ordered online through Uber Eats. Food is excellent. Let me tell you, when they say sliders, they are actually regular sized buns with HUGE pieces of chicken. Chicken is so big, it hangs about 2 inches outside each side of the bun. I usually get the "extra hot" seasoning, and it's pretty good for someone who likes hot stuff. BEWARE: The Reaper spice is NO JOKE. DO NOT order this if for one second you think you may not be able to handle it. It's just way too much. The jump from "Extra hot" to "Reaper" is like going from 0-120. I also get the Mac and cheese. Very very good Mac and cheese. Sandwiches come with pickles and Dave's Sauce. Excellent 10/10 ??“

We ordered and sat in the restaurant. It was a nice experience.Parking: You might have to circle the block a bit for a metered parking space. “Got the wings and fries combo. Wings were good quality. The soy garlic sauce is a tiny bit strong on the soy taste, but was solid. The fries were nice and crisp and the nori seasoning on top was a nice add. Definitely a contender compared to Bonchons and BBQ Chicken with the ability to combo being a big plus over the other two.“
“So I am not a MA local, I was a tourist visiting Salem with my best friend and we were starving after a whole day of sightseeing. We stumbled on this place and it was amazing! The chicken was so seasoned to perfection, one of the best I've ever had. We also got the buffalo wings which are also amazing, the sauce was super savory. The owner was super cool and nice and we chatted for a bit, I believe he said this was a family business that he is helping his father run. He also gave me and my friend a free sample of a chicken thigh and breast before we decided to buy some, I was Hooked! If I ever come back to MA or Boston, I am definitely coming back here!“
“I had the shake it nuggz twice. Both times it taste so good. The sauce has a nice little spice to it. Also, the sauce that comes on the side is so good. The French fries were nice and thin. Overall I loved the food. The women taking orders could be more pleasant maybe even learn how to greet people. The location is great in the heart of downtown busy work area. You could also walk from South Station. Some days are busier than others. I’ve gone in two different days. You can also order in advance.“

I can confidently say that this was the juiciest and most flavorful fried chicken I have had since moving to Massachusetts. Their menu is expansive and priced very fairly. I second that statement in regard to the fish and shrimp. Decided to check it out cuz it was close to the airport and I was starving.Got the 4 piece meal with mixed fried and grilled (or baked?) chicken. The fried pieces were thigh and drumstick. The grilled pieces were breast and wing. Both were really good. The fried chicken was a little on the salty side for me, but still enjoyable. All of the pieces were moist, juicy, and flavorful. I was impressed with the white meats being so good and not dry! For sides, I got fries and rice. Both were decent, nothing special. The roll was so good too! I could eat a bunch of those in one sitting.Really glad to have had the chance to check this place out. It was worth it, and I hope I get another chance on my future trips.“

“We love Pollo Royal Revere! We feel at home every time we visit and the staff are always friendly, pleasant, accommodating and professional. The manager is very helpful and attentive, she goes out of her way to solve any issues or concerns and is very proactive. The food is delicious! My favorites are the roasted chicken plate with the green house sauce, the taco plate, and their delicious juices and smoothies (you gotto try the "Tamarindo" juice and the cantaloupe smoothie with milk...the "Jamaica" juice is delicious too). I highly recommend this restaurant to any tourist/local alike. We travel from Kingston, MA to meet with family and we always look forward to dining at Pollo Royal Revere. Tasty food that it is worth your money :)“
