Butterbird is a restaurant in Boston and Watertown. The atmosphere is cool and clean, with a chill vibe and friendly staff. The chicken is excellent, incredibly juicy and crispy with great flavor. The Classic sandwich is a solid choice, and the veggie incredible hawk may be the best vegetarian sandwich ever. The Vietnamese style sandwich is quite good, and the Thuy Bird is to die for. The broccoli salad is shockingly solid, and cheesy tots are good too. The food is a bit more expensive than average takeout, but the quality backs it up. After some issues with missing food, the restaurant gave a gift card and had great conversations. Butterbird is a new go to spot for a quick chicken sandwich.
