I called the Place in order and order one of their combination specials, and immediately when I asked if I can add additional toppings. The gentleman completely freaked out and started yelling at me. The Customer Service is horrible. I do not recommend this place.

Ordered an Italian grinder came with regular green peppers that where to big for a sandwich. Italian grinders are suppose to come with banana peppers and the onions were also to large for a sandwich on top of that after delivery fee and taxes you end up spending 25 on 2 small grinders will not order form here again also always a 45 minute to an hour wait for anything and I’m not that far from them

Nothing like getting 3 quarters of the way thru your lunch and find this..CLEARLY baked in there as this thing won't budge when I pull on it. As someone who works and resides in EP, I will never order from here again. I don't have time on my lunch to go back, I don't want a replacement, so a review it is.

All this place does is screw up your order and when you go call to confront the owner to let her know what’s wrong she will talk over you and make excuses

BEST WEENIES!!!! Especially at a pizza joint!! Ive been told a few times by multiple ppl that they had bomb weenies but thought these ppl were hyping them up till I finally tried them and ....... BOMB ? definitely recommend them

Their food is usually great however I Do NOT ever suggest a buffalo chicken calzone. Soaking wet in greese nothing but a bunch of grilled chicken inside. No real type of sauce and barley any cheese at all. A disappointment would be and understatement.

I just called...normally I love this place..( ordered less than maybe 5 times). But I'm a HANDICAP ABLE woman who had a very large order to which I got frustration on phone ..no patience..then to top it off I made the mistake of saying "" thx luv... To which I was immediately met with a retort that this person isn't luv...ok..I apologized to him profusely and tried to explain I'm British n it's like saying sir. However I then after zero ordering patience from this gentleman ..and then being CHECKED .I lost my appetite for the place...and said Thanku but I'm all set..n hung up .took my 68$ order elsewhere....I guess bad moods are contagious as a cold..maybe moreso...smhWhoever u are sir .hope u have a better day ....?✨✨✨

I ordered my usual steak bomb with mayo a provolone, worst ever, no mayo, very very dry no mushrooms peppers I seen one onion I tried calling the east Providence Rhode Island location and the guy answered stated just so you know I made it and I put the vegetable on top! First of all there supposed to be mixed in and not put on top, second he lied as I took a picture. Third I've been ordering there for 15+ years why would I lie, for 19.00 I'm not gonna be lied and then basically be called a lier , ok there's 15+ year customer gone

Spend 70 dollars on food says online minimum is 10 dollars for delivery then I told them it was to south Providence he refused to deliver me the food, drove 20 mins to pick it up after I got home notice the sandwich were wrong I ordered 2 large sándwiches they give me 2 small sandwich, called back talked to the woman that I originally ordered the food with she insisted that they were the correct ones, measured the sandwich with a tape they were small , called back woman picks up again told her that they give me the wrong sandwich puts me on hold for 6 mins nobody comes back to the phone hang up called back guy picks up saying she made a mistake that there’s nothing he can’t do to help me , that I will have to pay for 2 new large sandwiches if I still wanted poor service customer service at this establishment, will not recommend anyone to come here price are overpriced, had guests at my house had to order food from another place what a waste of time and money
