I think it’s time for that. You knock this Burger King down and rebuild it because it’s got old wallpaper on it walking. It’s like it’s in the corners in the cracks it’s dirty. I mean the crew is OK and he trying to keep it clean, but it’s nasty. It needs to be remodeled you’re going the other Burger King’s in McDonald’s. It’s like you could tell it’s been renewed. This one is like it’s been done since it’s 65. It’s bad Then I get to the soda machine and there’s no Diet Coke no Coke zero crew wearing the right uniforms to clean, but the place is like it needs to upgrade. I had the fries. They need to change the oil in the fries. You could tell when you have the fries are like over salted but the service was quick though, which I appreciate, but the quality means more to me than anything of the product and cleanings

The dining area is disgusting the tables were sticky the coke machine had no bubbles and the bathroom looked like they washed in fry grease absolutely disgusting.

To my reluctance I gave into my son we went to burger king I ordered 2 whopper meals and a chicken sandwich meal needless to say when I got home the chicken sandwich was missing and both whopper’s were made wrong my wife had to take the whoppers back to the store and get them re-made and to pick the chicken sandwich and it was 10:00 at night only one other car in the parking lot and the entire dinner cost $49.20 needless to say I will not be back to burger king again even though the manager did apologize and give my wife a couple of extras this is why I was reluctant to go there because it’s not the first time it’s happened. Once again it was not the managers fault it’s the employees not paying attention!!!

The store is kind of dingy the staff is very nice but to overcompensate for Shawty work got a double cheeseburger today with no meat which state promptly had a conversation about almost made me miss my bus I asked if I could be compensated with a small fry and was ignored

I ordered a fish sandwich extra cheese. It was like eating a piece of cardboard. No tartar sauce, cold fries and the whole order was just terrible. I should’ve just went to taco bell like I wanted to.

I mobile order a rodeo burger 15 ahead. Got there waited.. they ask me what do I need.. I told them I order online.. and they didn't even make my food yet.. 30 minutes for 2 rodeo.. this BK is quack

Placed a mobile order for pick up at the drive thru and was pulled up when we finally made it to the window. Half hour later not one sign of my order being done and brought hot. Watched the entire line behind me get their orders done and handed to them at the window. Finally I go inside to see what this issue was. Turns out my order was sitting in the counter for who knows how long. Mind you it wasn't even finished the frozen drink I ordered was missing. Supposedly they didn't have any of the blue raz available and couldn't be bothered to let me know or offer me a substitute. The excuse for the wait was that their was only one person working. Funny seeing how I could see several people behind the counter. This location is truly just a joke of a store

Food was okay. The chicken sandwich was served on a regular hamburger roll, which was not as advertised. The restaurant was very evidently understaffed during our visit (lunchtime on Wed 4/30/95) - one staff member had to clean the store's windows inside and out while waiting on customers at the counter and staffing the drive-through window. The restroom was unacceptably filthy - filthy floors and toilet - the worst fast-food restroom I've seen in a long time. Given that this store is in the same neighborhood as lots of other fast-food restaurants - McDonalds, Popeyes, etc - you'd think they would step up their game. We will not visit this location again.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger no bun, with lettuce as bun from the drive through... this is what I received. No cheese, no bacon and no lettuce to hold the burger... the first time in 8 years of ordering from different chains that they didn't get it right. The Burger King on Newport Ave., in Pawtucket... our pet Pepper liked it though. Do better BK.
