Ordered a bacon cheeseburger no bun, with lettuce as bun from the drive through... this is what I received. No cheese, no bacon and no lettuce to hold the burger... the first time in 8 years of ordering from different chains that they didn't get it right. The Burger King on Newport Ave., in Pawtucket... our pet Pepper liked it though. Do better BK.

People had no customer service skills. My man waited for 8 min in the drive thru at the speaker and not one person said I'll be right with you. Nothing. No sorry for the wait. a lady comes outside on a cigarette break and is yelling and swearing and you can hear all of thru the speaker. Then his order finally gets taken. Very unprofessional . he finally gets to the window, no hi, nothing. Then he gets his food and theres barley any chicken in the chicken wrap and not even hot. Needless to say but this was very disappointing service. And needs new management and staff.

Had an online pick up, ordered a whooper meal with coke and fries and a 8pcs chicken fries. Returned to work chicken fries looked like anything but food. They must been sitting there for 3 days to dry like that. Coke wasn’t even actually a coke. Took it back I said don’t want refund just stop serving this to your customers this is trash. Will never go to a burger king ever again.

This burger-king don’t deserve not one review tbh. I went to this Burger King received chicken nuggets that was old and stale. The French fry’s was old and stale like u can definitely notice the difference between fresh fry’s And old stale ones. It tasted like it was microwaved ?The shift lead was rude and out of order the lady with the blonde hair who had one braid with glasses. They have zero manners and The ice machine was not working. I got very sick after eating this and was a bad experience. They need new employees and I would be careful going to this Burger King.

Went by at 10:25pm and they were already closed!! Had their screens off and everything when I pulled up to the drive through.. absolute joke !!One of the girls was INCREDIBLY rude as well! Might want to consider some new hires and people that don’t close up 35 mins early !!
Usually pretty good...but its definitely worth going to just to avoid the absolute mess of a McDonald's that is across the street. Don't go to that McDonald's! Unless you're prepared to wait in a drive thru for 37 minutes.

I am not very happy with this Burger King area at all. The tables are a little bit dirty. Sometimes, they were rude. The employers doesn't care about what we are doing. They are not always smiled when we ordered something. I watched some customers asked to order something and the employers started to sighing or have a blank face.. hardly smiled or friendly at all. When I asked for mustard on the side so I can use french fries on it. A rude lady said we can't give you some mustard. I said nothing and I asked for packets of ketchup and she gave me just 4. I said i need more for my friend too. She walked away. I said hey a little bit louder. She ignored me. And other nice lady came and gave me some and say thats ok.. Thats okay. I said thank you. Unbelievable. She need to be reported! And I also noticed that there is some windows which are very dirty like this picture you see below. And they put one onion ring on Whopper Jr and that's all ? It was 2 or 3 onions before but now one? Also an onion wasn't freshening at all. I bite it and it was supposed to taste refreshing and tasty but no taste and no onion smell at all. It was an old onion! The building is ugly and old than most Burger Kings I went anywhere else. Hardly renovation. Its gross! I will not going there anymore ever again. I want to share with you all about those two pics and I would like to get more but I feel awkward when seniors and elderly were there and I wanted to respect them. I feel bad for them not knowing or doesnt bother about it. Sorry about my English. Anyway here it is:

Charge me an extra 3$ for cheese on my burgers then I get home and there's no cheese. They pull me aside over my fries when no one was even behind me and when the girl gets to my window to bring out my food I say thank you and she ignores me and walks away. This burger king is trash.
