I love this place, the food is amazing, management is amazing. But there is this one girl who works there almost everyday that has such a bad attitude she has officially made me move on a find a new coffee spot. She is the shortest one there with brown hair and brassy highlights… just avoid her. Last time I was there my boyfriend was up at the counter for me, due to issues with her in the past, and overheard her telling another coworker she was going to do something to my sandwich. He interjected and told her that’s not cool. I decided that was the last time I would go. I’ve also tried to speak with someone regarding her behavior and have gotten no where. Maybe if they hired staff above a certain age they wouldn’t run into this problem? Not sure. If you’re ordering carry out you’re probably good, just be careful when interacting with some of the staff.

Lots of seating space and a great place to spend a morning working in a lively environment. Nice lighting, clean dining areas and restroom. The burrata toast was delicious and a very generous portion. I will definitely return

Great cafe, fresh ingredients make a difference. We ordered avocado toast and a breakfast sandwich with a chai tea latte and a cold brew coffee. Simple yet very yummy. The fact that you can order on line makes a huge difference.

This place is PHENOMENAL. Like, not even exaggerating. The deserts are delicious, the actual food is INCREDIBLE and the drinks are DELICIOUS. I love cafes and this one really does stand out above the rest. Never have I consistently come to the same cafe week after week after week. Like, they treat every order with importance. Like I ordered just toast and butter and honestly it was so amazing, I couldn’t eat anything for the rest of the day. Butter and toast will NEVER be as good as this was. If they do this with just butter and bread, imagine the actual meals. The Lisbon Morning or the Burrata Toast. INSTANT faves of mine. Try it out for sure!!!!

This was my first—and likely last—visit to this cafe. I came in knowing I wanted an everything bagel, my usual go-to, but was in the mood for something sweet. I asked the cashier, who I later learned was the manager, about their cream cheese options. She seemed disinterested and low-energy, and told me they only had plain or scallion cream cheese—neither of which satisfied my sweet craving. So, I opted for Nutella instead.
A few minutes later, my name was called, but when I looked at the bagel, it clearly had scallion cream cheese on it. I hadn’t even touched the plate when I informed the staff that I had ordered it with Nutella. They took it back and said they would remake it.
When my order was ready again, the manager personally confronted me at the counter, insisting that I had originally asked for scallion cream cheese. I found this exchange unnecessary and somewhat hostile. I asked why she felt the need to challenge me on such a simple and inexpensive order.
Unfortunately, this interaction left a bad impression. My only regret was tipping at the register before seeing how things would unfold. I wouldn’t recommend this cafe, as they seem unwilling to take responsibility for mistakes and treat customers in a confrontational manner.
