Easily the worst DD in all of RI. The wait time is ridiculous, too many kids running the shop on the wknds and obviously don't care about quality service and proper time Management. Lines are always and I mean always long for no reason. A cup of friggin coffee took 12 minutes to make and serve! Wow

Used to be a reliable Dunkin, but last week I watch an employee bagging and handling garbage towards the back, then walk right up to the counter and start helping people without washing his hands. Today, I pick up food to bring home and find a long hair inside when I open my bagel. Both are too disgusting for me to go back.

Some people are rude over there. Getting your coffee wrong after u have said it twice. I just came back and one the of the employees on drive thru were rude and very disrespectful.

I went through this drive thru and the lady working at the window specifically at 8:28pm 5/29/24 was very rude and disrespectful. She not only rushed us during our order to the point we weren’t able to completely finish our order, but she kept saying “alright.” When we drove to the window she made a comment saying, “Where the hell are these people coming from, we’re closing” with the window opened and continued to laugh. This worker had dark brown/ black hair. She was very disrespectful and makes us not want to return due to the treatment. This Dunkin has gone down tremendously, the night shift staff seem to not care about the customers.

I went today with my mom in law to get her a coffee and one of the employees was rude and mean. She even screamed at us cause I repeated the order. I told her not to scream at me since that is disrespectful. We are customers, and we went there saying please and thank you! I know about customer service and (customers and employees) really need to be always nice because you don’t want to treat any person bad. We are not people with a terrible attitude, and we are paying our money to get a decent customer service and quality products. Honestly, I’m not going to that place anymore.

Horrible customer service. I made a 24$ order only to get one item I paid for. A teen boy with l9ng hair glasses and a thin chain necklace took my order down completely wrong and then a completely different worker refused to refund my order. It took me 58 minutes for them to finally give me what I paid for. Never ordering here again. unprofessional rip-off.

The King

The only reason why I'm posting this is because last time I went to this location I was told by the cashier that he doesn't except charge as a tip and told me I could keep it, but complain when not tipped, and today I did tip a buck and Chand too.
I ordered a med ice matcha less ice oatmilk. My order was repeated back correctly. Why when I received my order there was so much ice I couldn't even put the straw in the cup.... so I walked to the Drive up window and asked for a cup and spoon to now fish out the ice that I didn't want. They asked if they could make it again, and I decided because I can't watch them make it cause I was in the Drive thru , I don't trust petty. I request less ice at every location I get beverages from when going out.
I then bring the ice to the person who made my order and said this isn't less ice as I gave him the cup full of Ice. He snapped back I can make you a new one. I replied it should of been made right the first time!!!!
I am not asking for less ice cause I want more beverage, I ask for less Ice because I worked for a HVAC Company, and the amount of business that DON'T maintenance their ice making units as per the service maintenance is scary.... so much bacteria build up in these units not to mention the scooper could be in the ice with the handle touching the ice... Do the employees wash there hands regularly. etc etc
Just because it's clear doesn't mean CLEA!N!!!!!

The girls in the morning during the week are the absolute best!! The new weekend staff are horrible! The bagels are absolutely disgusting and taste old… the coffees are always wrong and it takes them forever to make just one, you’re in line for 15/20 min! And their attitudes are enough to make you want to throw your order at them.?
