Had a terrible experience donuts were stale and I saw flies everywhere. I also, a particularly bad interaction with an older lady with long dark hair, pony tail and glasses. She was extremely rude to me and it seemed like she had never worked customer service in her life.

Extremely racist and disgusting behavior towards my father. When he tried ordering through the drive thru instead of mirroring my fathers kindness towards them the staff there (Jill) thought it would be a great idea to mock his accent, when reported to the manager they did absolutely NOTHING. DISGUSTING. Do better.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my husband after what happened at the 3300 Pawtucket Ave., East Providence, RI Dunkin location. My husband has been a loyal Dunkin customer for years, and he has always felt comfortable here — until yesterday.
When he ordered his drink, the employee Jill repeated his order back to him in a mocking tone and exaggerated his accent while laughing. Another staff member heard it and didn’t step in or correct her. My husband walked out of the store embarrassed and hurt, and that is something that has stayed with him even after leaving.
Mocking someone’s accent is not a joke — it is racism. It is humiliating and demeaning, and it made my husband feel like he didn’t belong. No one should be treated that way because of the way they speak or where they come from.
Dunkin is a brand that claims to value community, respect, and diversity, but what happened here goes against everything Dunkin says it stands for. My husband should be able to order a cup of coffee without being made fun of for his background.
I hope management takes this complaint seriously. No customer should be humiliated for their accent, and if this isn’t addressed, others will go through the same treatment.

During my recent visit, the employee taking my order — whose name was Jill — openly mocked my accent while I was ordering. Her comments and tone were clearly directed at making fun of the way I speak. This behavior was not only disrespectful, but it left me feeling humiliated and targeted.
I have been a loyal Dunkin’ customer for years and have always appreciated the brand’s welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, this incident goes directly against those values and reflects negatively on Dunkin’s reputation. No customer should ever feel discriminated against or ridiculed because of their background, identity, or accent.
What I experienced was racial and cultural discrimination, and it has genuinely affected me on a personal level. I believe actions have consequences, and I kindly request that this complaint be taken seriously and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure this does not happen again — to me or to anyone else.

I keep trying to come back to this location. I visit this location twice in the past week. Ordered 3 coffees over these visits and not one was correct. I ordered them all online and the sticker on each cup is correct. Every single coffee missing sugar and flavoring. Literally just coffee and cream. So incredibly disappointing to see this location fall so much as far as service goes over the past 6 months or so. Great location. I truly hope they can figure out the disconnect and get back on track.

I gotta learn to stop going here. So much ice in the cup you cant get the straw through. Then there's 3 sips of actual coffee. Foods always hit or miss extremely over microwaved or cold. N the woman at the window is thr least friendly person ive ever met. This place sucks.
I love, love, love, this Dunkin so much! Everyone is always polite and kind. I usually go in the afternoons and the young ladies go above and beyond to make sure my stuff is right and I am happy! They’re always smiling and just overall have such great personalities! I really enjoy coming here! Also, the establishment is always clean and well lighted which makes it even more pleasant!

I've been going to this dunkin' donuts for 5 years and the fall off that they've experienced has been tremendous 4out of 5 times I go there and my order is not correct just went today got a sausage egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel they give me a bacon egg and cheese I get my coffee they never put the right amount of splendors I asked for. Clearly there's a big communication breakdown or the training of people to consistently give out wrong orders and yes I get it you should check your order before you pull off and I didn't. And why do I keep going because it's conveniently right behind my apartment but damn they don't focus on their job in there and get orders right. !😡😡😡👎🏾👎🏾

The drive thru is the worst! They cannot hear what you order and ask you to repeat. Then they almost always get the order wrong. And don't even get me started on the price hikes. $10 for a half dozen donuts. Get outta here.
