I gotta learn to stop going here. So much ice in the cup you cant get the straw through. Then there's 3 sips of actual coffee. Foods always hit or miss extremely over microwaved or cold. N the woman at the window is thr least friendly person ive ever met. This place sucks.

I love, love, love, this Dunkin so much! Everyone is always polite and kind. I usually go in the afternoons and the young ladies go above and beyond to make sure my stuff is right and I am happy! They’re always smiling and just overall have such great personalities! I really enjoy coming here! Also, the establishment is always clean and well lighted which makes it even more pleasant!

I've been going to this dunkin' donuts for 5 years and the fall off that they've experienced has been tremendous 4out of 5 times I go there and my order is not correct just went today got a sausage egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel they give me a bacon egg and cheese I get my coffee they never put the right amount of splendors I asked for. Clearly there's a big communication breakdown or the training of people to consistently give out wrong orders and yes I get it you should check your order before you pull off and I didn't. And why do I keep going because it's conveniently right behind my apartment but damn they don't focus on their job in there and get orders right. !😡😡😡👎🏾👎🏾

The drive thru is the worst! They cannot hear what you order and ask you to repeat. Then they almost always get the order wrong. And don't even get me started on the price hikes. $10 for a half dozen donuts. Get outta here.

Went to this location 2 days in a row. Coffee was good but yesterday they didn't have chocolate glazed donuts. Today I went inside, again coffee was good, NO DONUTS AT ALL! Only 3 types of muffins on shelf. Literally nothing else. Computers were down took the employee like 5 minutes just to ring me out and take my cash to the drive thru computer and when I had my app open to collects the points he stopped and literally just grunted/sighed.... What the hell?

I’m so disappointed in this location. I used to frequent this spot every single morning. Then the quality dropped. I don’t have a complicated order at all. I get a medium iced regular with caramel swirl and I’ve repeatedly gotten different flavors, including hazelnut which I am ALLERGIC to! I used to take breaks to try and see whether it was just a bad worker, but every time I came back they would get the order wrong.
Tonight it’s been a few months since I have been and I gave it another chance. I’m in a rush and I ordered the most simple thing ever, and I got this. I also specifically asked for granulated and I had it repeated back to me correctly, then got nothing??? First photos are of the order I got wrong and the correct order from down the street in a larger size.
Unbelievable and unacceptable. I know it’s the end of the day so it got watered down out of laziness too. Very disappointed.

order a free donut on free donut with purchase day? they’re gonna hand you a bag and it’s gonna be filled with napkins and no donut.
order a sandwich on a bagel? they’ll give you whatever they damn well please but it’s not going to be a bagel.
no cheese? eff you all the cheese!!
i wouldn’t mind the morning window drive thru lady tossing my food and drink at me without so much as a word if the orders were right but they rarely are.
clearly we keep returning because of convenience not service but i’m throwing in the towel.
