Clearly the employees need to learn how to make ice coffee. So I Ordered a butter peacon and I had to asked them if they can remake it becuz it tasted str8 up like water. So the 2nd time around still nothing then the girl has the audacity to be mad and give me attitude, like girl I’m the one paying for the coffee. I expect it to be good would never go back to this DD.

placed my order at drive thru just now. Girls inside are chatting and clearly not paying attention. They charged me for a coffee n then told me nice day... I said I also ordered bagel mini and a coffee bun. She said oh then charged me again. My coffee was wrong so I asked them to remake it. The girl at the window says she wasn't the one who took the order so she dk what happened ... get the next coffee, still wrong. N now we've been holding up the line n I'm omw to work. Absolutely ridiculous. Pay attention when you take an order and charge the customer correctly. Don't waste our time. Definitely don't stand there acting like the drive thru windows are your play place. Act appropriately and be professional you're at work. And if you're going to screw up someone's order n make them wait for it you could atleast give them hot food.

I think I’ve become almost a regular here thanks to gift cards, and this location is great. The employees are always kind. The app is really helpful, and they often have deals going on. I usually come in the mornings, but also really helpful for grabbing a late lunch or early dinner on a workday.

This rude lady who worked in the late afternoon yesterday acted all pissed because I wanted the change for my donut lmaooo. The total came to a dollar and change and I paid with two dollars and she tried not giving me my change back at first. Lady don’t assume you’re entitled to anyone’s money especially when all you did was grab me a donut likeeee lmao. Next time it happens I’ll have her act out the way she acted in front of her manager so that management can see how petty and unprofessional this worker is ☠️

Sailor is the Best!!! Very polite, excellent customer servit's a massacre of us. She knows exactly what I want as soon as she sees me. Always greet you with a smile. I go here just because of her. And the people that work here are outstanding, especially sailor.
