Hit or miss. Sometimes they suck at making drinks. Got a dunkalatte which tasted ok, compared to other places that make it better. But also got the brown sugar shaken espresso which they completely botched. So it's a hit or miss. Is what it is. Sometimes ppl suck at their jobs

I just heard the worst experience within this Dunkin. Went in to order my hot coffee on a Sunday afternoon. 3 people working and one was a manager. Took almost 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter and take my order. Almost another 5 minutes to get my coffee and when I got it, it was Luke warm at best. Waited there for another 2 minutes for someone to look in my direction. I said my coffee is cold and no apologies and just turned around to make another. Walked away for another two minutes and I guess whatever they tried to brew didn't work. At that point I had enough. I finally got the manager's attention and said this is ridiculous and I'm going to be late. He then replied with an attitude well I'm sorry we are short staffed. I said that's not my problem. And then back and forth began. For someone who is supposed to be a manager had terrible customer approach And reaction. Really disgusted with this place.

Also, one more thing to mention. The guy after ordered his ice coffee, received it, took one sip and said out loud this place always messes up my coffee and threw it in the garbage.

Since the new ownership took over, my experiences here have been disappointing. This morning, I waited nearly 20 minutes in line, and the staff appeared confused and unorganized. When I finally received my sandwich, the bacon was the only warm part, while the cheese remained unmelted. I was also concerned to see drinks being passed back and forth through the drive-through window without gloves or care, often before even confirming the order. I really hope they address these issues soon because the quality has gone downhill. Living just down the road, I’d love to change my review, but so far, there’s been no sign of improvement.

8 times out of 10 my order is wrong, the food is inconsistent, we feel rushed at the speaker leading to
mistakes. The sticker on the cup will be correct, but they always forget to add something, or they put cream cheese on a bagel instead of on the side. I've also ordered through a delivery app where you can personally punch in your order and they still got my order wrong.
Speed isn't always the answer.

I work across the street so Im in every day and get the same thing. Sometimes there's a mistake or a bit of a wait, but I also understand how working in food service is extremely stressful. The mgr there ( not sure what her name is but she's got wicked red hair) is always friendly and fun to talk to.

It’s just a Dunkin but I like the lady who works here. We made a weird specialty drink and she found a way to make it for us. It was one of those viral Korean things we saw online and it was odd but she found a way to make it for us :) was ready fast and she was nice and made sure we liked it before we drove away

Love this location coffee is made great only when its diana is working to my experience she super friendly her customer service is great! Everytime my order is wrong i can alwaya count on diana to fix the problem for me and its perfect

They gave me a burnt, inedible, blackened sandwich. Conveniently, the phone is off the hook. No food service person should try to feed this to anyone. What a waste of time and money.
