This Dunkin on Warren and Pawtucket Avenue is one of the best. My coffee is always perfectly made and the service is prompt and courteous. These are some of the best employees at Dunkin Donuts and I have to commend the manager of this store for doing an amazing job!! In a world where customer service is a dying skill, this store gets it right.

This isn’t as much about the food as it is about the workers. Rode my bike here around 11am to get Munchkins for a get together, and when I was sitting down waiting for my order I got really nauseous and almost passed out. One of the ladies was really nice and gave me a big thing of water, which helped and got me moving again. Literally couldn’t thank her enough.

Worst Dunkin in the state of Rhode Island, they will hire anyone with a heartbeat. If you actually enjoy coffee don’t stop here your coffee will be made any way they want to make it and no matter how many times you ask to have it remade it’s still going to be wrong. sip and dip is rite up the block and the people who work there are actually nice and respectful, American does not need this Dunkin. How do you work at a coffee shop and can’t make a coffee is wild.

Hit or miss. Sometimes they suck at making drinks. Got a dunkalatte which tasted ok, compared to other places that make it better. But also got the brown sugar shaken espresso which they completely botched. So it's a hit or miss. Is what it is. Sometimes ppl suck at their jobs
