They were terrible, we had absolutely terrible service, they made my frozen coffee absolutely disgusting and it tasted like it was all chemicals. My cousin had ordered a mango pineapple w lemonade, it was disgusting and it was terrible. Overall the service was terrible.The people behind the counter were incredibly incompetent and rude except for one girl she had brown and blonde hair.

I understand Dunkin is busy and service may not be perfect. I’ve worked in food service and know how hard employees work. However, I’ve never given a bad attitude to a customer, even if they weren’t nice to me. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a while, and the service isn’t always great, but I understand it’s not a 5-star restaurant. Today, my mobile order wouldn’t apply the national coffee day promotion or accept my payment, but I still went because I wanted coffee. I greeted the cashier and asked if anyone else had issues with the promotion or app. She assured me there hadn’t been any. However, another employee said a few people had issues and offered to help. To my surprise, some of her coworkers were rude to her for trying to assist me. She scanned my phone to check if the promotion applied, but it didn’t. She defended herself, showing her coworkers that the promotion wasn’t going through. I said I didn’t mind paying for it, but I wanted to know if I was doing something wrong. One of the other employees gave me a nasty attitude, insinuating that I was doing something wrong because my app wasn’t working, which was fine to say once, but it became repetitive. She tried to find any possible way to have put it on me. She kept raising her voice, even though she was on the other side of the building. I ignored her to avoid conflict, but she stormed off to the back and headed outside. I was embarrassed and disappointed. The cashier apologized and excused her coworkers’ behavior. I understand she might’ve been stressed due to the high demand, but I didn’t cause any conflict or scene.

She used to be my favorite dunkin donuts. They have all new staff.They put all the customers behand for a door dash order. By the time I was going to request a refund, I had to leave because it had made me 15 minutes late for work.The wait was ridiculous and that location has gone downhill.I used to give it a 5 star.Now it's only getting a one
Typically service here is terrible. However I went in today (3/9) and had Jaelynn. She was very kind, courteous, and funny ! She also seemed to be the only one here that actually works. The donut selection is lacking as usual.

It's a small shop, mostly quiet even when full. I'm already familiar with the employees! They're friendly and courteous, and I haven't gotten my orders mixed or wrong. They're pretty fast, too!
