She used to be my favorite dunkin donuts. They have all new staff.They put all the customers behand for a door dash order. By the time I was going to request a refund, I had to leave because it had made me 15 minutes late for work.The wait was ridiculous and that location has gone downhill.I used to give it a 5 star.Now it's only getting a one

Typically service here is terrible. However I went in today (3/9) and had Jaelynn. She was very kind, courteous, and funny ! She also seemed to be the only one here that actually works. The donut selection is lacking as usual.

Amazing staff alot have been here so many years I was so surprised as moved 13 years ago and see some of the same people still here . My only complaint with this place and many others is the world does not operate on a 9-5 schedule why being the only place in miles open that has coffee would you close at 8 p.m absolutely crazy. Otherwise everything at this location is A+ clean staff is great and friendly and never had any major issues with any products or orders wake up dunkin stay open later !

I went in there today thinking everything was going good but obviously I was wrong ordered a medium iced coffee with marshmallow cold foam 1 milk and 1 sugar then I also ordered hash browns and 2 egg and cheese wraps and everything from the order was horrible except the wraps and coffee was burnt beyond drinkable and hashbrowns are hard as a rock and when I tried to call they did say if I brought it back they would remake it but did not give me a chance to say I cannot comeback because I have work so don’t think I will be going back to this location because they suck hard core
Week day service is great. Weekends on the other hand are terrible. Workers aren’t making things correctly because they’re in a hurry to clear the line of people. When you don’t take the extra minute to make it right you’re just making more work for yourself when you have to make it over again

The Portuguese lady's are very friendly sorry don't know there names .very good service. I go every sun to pick up 8 orders of hash browns and 2 coffee's. And 25 munchchin I love this Dunkin because of them .great service recognize them please older lady and younger girl
