Ordered drink today and our tops are dirty. Covered with coffee when we got coolatas. The service is off… everyone always seems depressed when we go here and we go often. Really should work on the customer service. after posting this, I read reviews and realized I’m not the only one that has a problem with the service. So I took away my three stars and changed it to one. You guys SEE there’s an issue and aren’t doing anything about it
This was one of the best Dunkin’ 2 years ago. Don’t expect to walk in and get a good morning. The attitude sucks you walk in and they’ll look at you like damn another customer. They run out of everything including large cups. Several times I have ordered a large iced coffee and was handed a small iced coffee employee informed me that they ran out of large cups. My food is constantly wrong, and god forbid if you go back and tell them the order was wrong. Update today I order 2 wake up wraps 1 with chipotle sauce and the second one with black pepper bacon. Does that picture have bacon or chipotle sauce? Corporate should walk in to Dunkin anonymously.

good place but they are always running out of donuts
I used to love this dunkin but over the last couple of years the service has gone down hill. I placed an online order for pick up and unfortunately someone stole my food. When I asked for someone to help me, the lady who makes the food, made me feel awful, like it was my fault and was so rude to her co-workers for trying to help me. What an awful experience for everyone and what a way to start off your morning. I feel really bad for the people who have to work with her everyday with such an attitude.

I just came for the coffee
I just want to say I used to work at this Dunkin over 5 yrs ago and never was the service this bad. We made sure customers left happy. I always do a mobile order and said it at the intercom that it was a mobile order and the lady explained they had no plain bagels, cool, I'll take a sesame. I get to the window, and this girl with curly hair, thicker body, tattoo on left arm, and glasses decided to tell me I owe $18 and some change. I explained it was a mobile order, and she repeated after me with an attitude then walked away. Got my donuts, gave me my bagels, and 1 coffee. I told her I had another coffee, and she rolled her eyes and walked away. Went and grabbed my coffee and didn't even say have a nice day. I literally said if you don't like your job and coming, then don't be here. One girl looked at me and as I was driving away she came to the window and said "whaaat" with a crazy attitude. I looked to see if everything was in there and no hashbrowns. I didn't even go back because I was already aggravated with her attitude and service that I know from her attitude, and mine it probably wouldn't have ended to good. This dunkin day by day is becoming worse. Morning crews used to be the best with service before I worked there and when I worked there. Very sad. Absolutely never going back again. Oh, tell me why I just noticed an ice coffee was given and I asked for both hot. That's how aggravated her customer service had me. I'm mad at myself for not noticing and letting a grumpy human being make me feel that way.

i don’t know if the staff was trying to be funny but i went to get some breakfast and ordered a english muffin toasted with butter and i was given a untoasted cold english muffin with a huge slap of butter. the person at the window then laughed at me and said “ here’s your food “ as if it was a joke . i normally don’t write reviews but the phone was shut off and someone should know .
