I had my dog in the car and wanted to get her one of those cups of whipped cream. I first ordered two coffees, but the drive through employee moved so fast, that I couldn't even order the pup cups! I tried, but no answer. So I drove up to the window thinking I'll just order them before paying. I gave the employee my card and said "before you charge that, can you add A pup cup?" She clearly did not hear me, because she charged my card. Then said she'd just give me "one." I said okay that works! Then another employee came to the window and rudely just shouted "$2.16!" And I was surprised but gave her my card because I figured okay they can't do that for free, that's fine because I don't expect it for free. Then the employee who clearly misheard me gives me TWO PUP CUPS. They charged me for two cups of whipped cream, when I didn't ask for that. They were more confused than anyone I have ever encountered in customer service, including my own personal experience working at Dunkin. This was not a complicated ask nor did it deserve the abrupt attitude when I said I asked for ONE. A wild experience, truly. Do better.
(I shouldn't have given my card in the first place and asked for the pup cup before giving them the option to charge me at all...)

Normally I use the drive-through however, last week I needed to use the restroom so I decided I would go in the restroom and then make my purchase inside the restaurant when I went to the men’s room, it said have you attended by you in when I asked them to buzz me in, they said the restroom is for customers only explain to them. I am a customer. I just need to use the restroom for the insisted that I had to make a purchase before I could use the restroom. i’m not a drug addict. I was treated very disrespectful. They even threaten call the police when I refuse to leave.

I travel the state constrains this is the best Dunkin I’ve been in, I’m here a few times a month. Inside about an hour each time. The staff is SO friendly , nice , and the service is amazing. Food and drinks are A+ but really it’s the staff that shine at this location
Never again coming to this Dunkin all the employee look like they got an attitude like they hated their job. No matter how much you hate your job or you have any personal problems at home or outside of work don’t bring it to work and treat your customer rudely

I don't know who's bright idea it was to have people pull up to wait for their orders when their parking lot only holds a few cars. Pissed alot of people off I can tell you that!! Greed make people do stupid things. Next time I see a line there my car will keep going and I'm sure a lot of other people will do the same. Just as I was walking in the store to ask for a refund the kid came out with my order. Stupidity at its best!!!

Dunkin is ok I don't go much anymore. I find it to sugary for Me I know they have sugar free but it was confusing and they made a mistake and I could not drink it so I stay away.
