So over the past month we visted 4 of these. I am not a coffee drinker, I prefer sweet and thick chia.But my friends like ice coffee so we checked them out.Each shop is different in this area. In some the staff is more friendly in others sort of rude and short tempered.A poorer D&D, not as well kept, but in general a better coffee I am told. Relatively slow and incompetent staff at this location. They are often out of various items and often mess up simple things ie: I was given a sandwich with 2 bagel bottoms. The only redeeming quality is that their breakfast sandwiches are slightly less dry and have slightly more flavor than Dunkin'.
