Service was ok but I ordered three piece meal with an extra side I mashed potatoes. Never got the extra side which I paid for and didn't get the drink that should come with the three piece meal.

This Taunton Ave location is wonderful! I came in tonight for a 2 piece chicken and waffle combo with a side of mash and gravy. It was fresh, hot & absolutely delicious! Staff was extremely friendly! I will be back!

I’m really not sure why I felt inclined to write a review about this dying food chain as if it didn’t have enough going wrong with it already, but when food costs what it does in this day and age, I feel it’s only right at this point.
I’m not expecting greatness from a fast food joint, but when I’m paying the same price at a sit down restaurant for an entree as I am for the 4 pc. tender box, and the quality is what it is, I think that speaks for itself.
The service was not bad, they were nice and the food came out very quick, (one might say suspiciously quick but thats fine with me)
To those who like little details:
They did not fill my drink up to the brim. Yeah I know it’s a stupid complaint, but I was the only person in line and it felt rushed. They also left out the sauce I asked for, and am assuming I was possibly even charged for (though I can’t say for certain, because it they forgot to hand me the receipt.
Alot of that could have been avoided if I myself remembered and asked again before driving off, but it is still worth mentioning.
You’re better off going to Raisin Canes or Chic Fil A, you’ll be paying the same price but with higher quality.

I haven't been to KFC in a very long time. Being too busy to cook today I decided to give it a go. It can't be too different from when I worked there some years back. Right? Well I was wrong. The person at the drive thru was arrogant. The prices are outrageous for the quality of food that you're getting. The fries were stale and cold. The chicken tenders are about the size of your fingers, they were cold as well. My regular chicken was cold and greasy. The mashed potatoes with the gravy were cold. They forgot the sauce of course. Anyway, not sure what I was expecting but this sure as shit wasn't it.
I am 48 years old I have been to fast food restaurants five star restaurants. This has got to be the best best fast food establishment I have ever stepped foot in. The staff is so friendly.They go out of their way to please you. The place is immaculate. I normally never eat at kentucky fried chicken But I will start now. I cannot say in praise this establishment more The manager is so sweet, it was a gentleman.6/21/24 at Exactly 3 PM the staffThere are so lovely and friendly. ? Keep up the FANTASTIC work

Don't bother with their nuggets it's a waste of money. Get the strips. They taste better and you get more for your money. Fries were also really good. Was nice and cold in there.

Don’t go here unless you want adults who can’t control their attitudes or handle being in customer service. I ordered on the app for dinner for my family and when I got to the speaker the girl said it wasn’t paid for. I checked my bank account and it was taken out of my account. I left line and went inside to figure out what was going on. She clearly didn’t realize I was standing at the counter and was talking to her coworker about me then because she was embarrassed and was confronted for this she lashes out and refused to give me the food I paid for. 100% do not recommend. Contacted customer service who confirmed order was paid for and that they didn’t understand why she was saying it wasn’t paid for ??? hire some real adults and not ghetto unprofessional people.
