Bad costumer service, I’ve ordered food via drive through few times they’re either very pushy, rushing you to order or rude forgetting that the food is not free , one time the lady was so unpleasant that I regretted taking the food

I got a famous bowl, it was only half full. Barely any chicken. 5 pieces I did get were disgusting. Never again will I be eating here. KFC use to be delicious and now it’s just soggy chewy old nastiness. Waste of my time and money.

Order the 12 tender meal w LG gravy, mashed potato, Coleslaw. Got home and it was 2 nuggets, 5 tenders, 3 sides French fries, 4 biscuits. WTH. I should've gone to Applebee's and spent less and my order would've been correct.

Quality has gone through the floor. Prices have gone up and you get less for what you pay.Famous Bowls are now $7.49, don't come with a biscuit, and only include 5 nuggets instead of a full top layer of popcorn chicken like they used to. I essentially paid $8 for a bowlful of Hungry Jack Instant Mash. Not so Famous anymore.The people here are nice but I docked one service star because I asked for gravy on the side and I got no gravy on the side or on the famous bowl.The Popeye's across the street cannot open fast enough.

We just ordered from this location and at the time of ordering the girl that was on the speaker did not sound to eager when she took our order. She sounded like she hates working here. Once we arrived at the window we were told that they ran out of bacon and we had to take the sandwiches as is. We weren’t offered anything because of the inconvenience. They gave us even a worse attitude because we were upset about the one thing that they ran out. They should have said something ahead of time and not sell the sandwich. When we got our order they gave us more attitude like we did something wrong. We will not be returning to this location ever again. They did not offer a good customer service and the advertising for the BBQ chicken sandwich is very deceiving. I am not surprised if these workers tempered with our food. I have added a picture to show how deceiving the advertisement is. We wanted exactly how the advertisement looks. Also, the girls working the window had a bad attitude and not great with customer service.
