Only came in for 3 mcflurrys and a frozen fanta. They put they served me my meal on the screen and I waited 10 min after that for melted ice cream and drinks. I asked them to remake it and the guy said the ice cream came out of the machine that way and would only remake me the frozen fanta. He complained to someone around the corner about it who came out n pretended to be them manager with no name badge on said her name was raz and then she refunded me when I asked again to just have it remade correctly as one ice cream wasn't even full and they were in small little cardboard boxes instead of their cups. She told me to call the store tomorrow and speak to the store manager and refused to give me her name as well. Absolutely trash. This job is made for hs kids and none of yall can push a button for ice cream right?

Don’t DoorDash anything from this location! Almost every time ( all different hours, different days of the week) it takes anywhere from 40-60 minutes on average to be delivered! Mind you I am a mile away and the door dasher will be sitting there waiting the entire time. Half the time I get assigned a different driver because it takes so damn long. Also mind you I only order about 3 single items each time most the time being all the same item…. Their system is non existent….so much for fast food.

Can’t pay attention to a customer’s order … but on the phone no problem. Charged me for sauce but never gave me the product.. witnessed only half a door dash order go out because staff doesn’t pay attention…disgrace on management and training..15/hr to screw up orders worth it

Always clean. Food is consistently correct. Playplace is well maintained.
Staff made me extremely uncomfortable while I was ordering. I highly doubt they have interactions with anyone but each other with the way they were acting towards me and my husband. I was ignored for about 25 minutes-30 minutes while they were cackling in the back on their phones. My son was crying and this experience deeply disturbed me. Even after all of that waiting, they acted rude and got my order WRONG.. It was a simple large fry a burger and some nuggets.. UNFORTUNATELY.. these boneheads can’t do that right. Gave me a headache, a small fry, and disappointment. Never again Mickey Ds… never forget..
