This place needs a good manager to put staff rear ends in gear. Really nice staff but very slow moving. One of the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to And I’ve been to many . you wait forever in the drive-through line.

Terrible service on 7/19 7:30pm. Watched three other cars come and go while I was ignored at the drive thru. I finally said “hello?” and was screamed to wait longer, as if I was a nuisance for trying to get served. Drove away, won’t go again. This one is always bad!

Horrible food. I know the food is already not good for you, but the fact that I was treated poorly and get served cold and disgusting food. I just tossed it in the trash. The lady was so rude I didn’t even want to go back in there. Please avoid this location

Horrible service provided on July 5th . 2025 . We waiting for a long time . Then someone said to give them a moment and after a couple of good minutes They did not want to serve us because the kids were talking to each other while waiting and some female manager told us we can go somewhere else .
Even though it’s fast food . These people should be able to provide a decent customer service experience . Some people are not skilled for these positions .

I ate in the dinning room last night on 8/20. When I first walked in they were not busy on the inside. Me and another customer both ordered our food on the self order machine. It sounded like they were having a party in the kitchen. You could hear them laughing and joking all the way into the dinning room. I heard one lady employee yell out loud if you don't want to wait in the drive thru then you should of cooked dinner at home! Wooowww! It took me 20 minutes to get a burger and fries and I can see why. Just Wow!!!

I ordered #2b meal (Quater pounder cheese and bacon) and a 6 PC nuggets. I paid $17.26. When I got home that is not what they gave me. The had ne pull up to 2nd pick up window since I was waiting for my sandwich. What I got was a Big Mac no sauce and a 10pc. So a 2 for 6. I did not get fries or my correct sandwich. So disappointed in that. This is a lack of communication by staff and the sandwich was cold and who want no sauce on it. Waste of my money to not get what I paid for and cold food
