I ordered #2b meal (Quater pounder cheese and bacon) and a 6 PC nuggets. I paid $17.26. When I got home that is not what they gave me. The had ne pull up to 2nd pick up window since I was waiting for my sandwich. What I got was a Big Mac no sauce and a 10pc. So a 2 for 6. I did not get fries or my correct sandwich. So disappointed in that. This is a lack of communication by staff and the sandwich was cold and who want no sauce on it. Waste of my money to not get what I paid for and cold food

I went there and got Mc Chicken and fries and double cheeseburger and the Mc Chicken had a bone in it. The staff are extremely slow and to top it off the corporate office said the claim cannot be filled because there was not enough evidence. never again

Let's start off with the fact that they want to charge me .19 cents to add mayo to my burger which I think it's out rite crazy also how the gentleman that was taking my order was rude and had poor customers service skills with asking how I wanted my coffee made to my order and how basically just about slammed my coffee on counter and made comment about if u want coffee go home to have coffee then slammed my coffee on the counter to give me and failed to add what I wanted to how I wanted my coffee made when he never asking when ordering and how he was out rite rude and disrespectful to his customer wont be coming here ever again truly bad service and rude workers that dont know how take orders from there customers the rite way

Worst McDonald's in the area!! Wait times are ridiculous and the food isn't that great, and the employees and managers just having fun.. like it's a joke.. Waited over 20 min in drive thru for a Big Mac .. how is that possible? Avoid this place! Go to another McDonald's ... trust me!!
Didn’t even bother ordering my food because whomever I spoke to over the speaker at the drive thru was INCREDIBLY rude. She spoke in a raised tone, seemed upset that I was unaware that they didn’t carry a certain kind of meal, and was very impatient despite us speaking for roughly 15-20 seconds.

They should really demolish the second drive-thru speaker. I've never seen them use both of them at the same time. Customers that opt to split away from the closer lane risk severely losing their place in line.

Don't bother with this location after 6. Card machines were not working properly, fries were stale and inedible, food was lukewarm, multiple items forgotten, dining area unclean and very worn looking, management had an "it is what it is... what?" attitude.
