Ordered a turkey club and a garden salad. The bacon was completely burnt and inedible. The salad was nothing but lettuce and olives when it was supposed to have more veggies (like an actual salad). Definitely has gone done hill on the food.

I have no complaints about the staff they were nice and on top of thing but let me tell you their $26 xl pizza is the smallest xl I've seen in my life in reality it could pass as a large other papa ginos are way bigger ill never come back here explains why the place was empty from when we got there to when we left

They failed to give door dash my whole order and then failed to do anything to help. Told me to come get it myself or pay for doordash to go back. Terrible customer service
Ordered an XL extra cheese with cinnamon sticks and two dipping sauces, which I paid for. Asked for plates. Had to ask again. The worst part noticed no dipping sauce visible. Had to go all the way back in the store. The woman at the counter told me she put the dipping sauce in the box with the pizza. Got all the way home to find out she lied to my face. Apparently the customer isn't worth anything and my order was $34. I feel so disappointed, disgusted, and disrespected. I will not be returning. For the treatment and quality of food along for that price, just way beyond sad.

I ordered Papa Gino's delivery from Highland Ave. East providence last wednesday very good Italian food because I was sad not to see Papa Gino's anymore on Newport Ave. Brb I go jump off a bridge now close by jk lol
