“Small spot cozy location, that is always packed. When people are willing to wait. That means something, if people are willing to wait. Ordered to go.
Chicken, Egg and cheese biscuit. With a side of the hash brown with cheese sauce. You can tell this stuff was made fresh. I appreciate they aren’t buying biscuits from somewhere else and not giving credit. The chicken seemed to be marinated for flavor, the biscuit fell apart in your mouth.
The hash brown order is 2. If you visit here splurge and get an order per person, you will not be let down. The cheese sauce that comes along is the icing on the cake. Friendly staff and love the attention to detail. This place is definitely worth trying in person or to go.
Parking: Parking can be kind of tight. If you place an order for pick up. You can park quickly while pick up.“

“Great place! Wish we lived closer so we could come again! Charlie was AMAZING ? ? Very knowledgeable about the drinks, great personality too. We came in right before a small lunch rush so Charlie had a chance to chat with us for a little bit. Food was great, cheese burger sliders and smoked hickory wings were my favorite! Hush puppies were good too! The seasonal Candy Apple drink was delicious! The only critique I would give would be to add maple/honey/hot honey to their bacon brussel sprouts (I got a side of honey to add, which kicked 'em up the notch I needed) Overall, great experience and food!“

“After riding bikes over the Henderson Bridge from Providence, we stopped in for lunch. There wasn’t a bike rack, but there was a long fence next to the parking lot that made locking up the bikes easy.
We each ordered the blue plate, which looking around the restaurant, seems to be a popular choice among diners. The server allowed us to substitute tenders in place of the fried thigh and drumstick for the blue plate. I ordered my tenders with the honey Cholula flavor and blue cheese sauce. My partner ordered the Nashville hot flavor with truffle mayo. Both were great, but I’d recommend ordering the Nashville hot or Spicy flavors with blue cheese in retrospect.
For sides, we tried the collard greens, cheesy cheddar grits, corn bread with honey butter, and pulled pork baked beans. All were very good. The cornbread was a good choice because it can serve as a dessert at the end of the meal. The grits and baked beans were both excellent as spreads in the Texas toast that comes with the blue plate. If you order the collard greens, note that it has a pretty intense (almost smoky) flavor and lots of bacon, so be sure that you like both. The creamed corn sweet potato tater tots were popular choices among other customers while we were there.
This is the perfect restaurant if you’re in the mood for fried chicken and Southern food. Bring your appetite because the food is filling; I was glad to hop back on our bikes and do some more exercise after lunch!“
