Sign says it closes at 9:00, had my grandson ask if they were still open. It was 8:20 and everything was put away but 3 veggies. Asked for bacon they said they were out so I could tell they just wanted to go home so why waste my money on a sandwich with slim pickings. I drove to Seekonk Subway it is now 8:45 online said they stayed open till 10 but they closed at 9:00.
I asked the young lady if she was still open she said yes, her sandwich unit was fully stocked and she was so pleasant. She made my grandsons sandwich and talked to us and I didnt feel rushed. I worked in the food industry and I understand about wanting to go home BUT you need money to run a business, so stay open and ready to serve during your business hours. So take the Drive to Subway in Seekonk by Kohl's its worth it, I wish I got the young ladies name but she was so pleasant unlike EP.

I'm pretty sure the manager was the one that made me wait almost 30 minutes for my food because I ordered it online. I'm a customer too and should have been out 5 people before the ones in the store. If I knew this I would have just got in line and had them make it.

I was always happy with my food until today it gross me out. That lady w/ glasses she touched my grinder with her fingers 👉 yes even though she had gloves on, U DON'T have NO authorization put your fingers tru my grinder, she's gross. First time I seen her there everyone else #1. She NEEDS FIRE!!!! it make me sick, just because I have more respect than her I took my small grinder and left. I called back and she's lying 2 me. 2 all the corporate please she embarrassed me , I could say no thanks, but I do have more respect than her. Grinder still here. U want? I try took 2 bites but I can't just thinking her fingers trow my food!!!! Don matter if she had gloves on it, DON'T TOUCHED MY FOOD.

What’s the point of having any comment section when the workers here do not following instructions. All I ask is for my brother to be extra toasted and my sandwiches wrapped separate. The app should have a section where it ask you the level of toast you want your sandwich. This is the last time I come here, they keep messing my order up.

I have a lot to say I'll make it short as I can. Let's start with on Saturday I pull up at 7:38pm the lights are all of as they're closed when they're website and signs say 8pm and that's only when I got there at 7:38 obviously closed earlier never seen subway do that. The staff is like the dunkim donuts next door it's like roulette different person makes my order everytime I go. And this probably doesn't involve the location but just a coporate thing they have that silver shield that covers all the food choices in the meat section. Um excuse me I'd love to view if the options look fresh or gross that determines what I'll be ordering I can't see anything chipotle doesn't cover they're food now do they. I'd try to go tomorrow but their closed on hours they display that they're open

At this point your literally just stealing from your customers. Like no wonder why your entire chain is failing.

I order a elite chicken bacon ranch which already boasts "50% more toppings and meat". I pay EXTRA money too for double meat and my sub is bread and the veggies. Like you are just straight up thieves even allowing options to put more meat on sandwiches when you KNOW your going to still put less than even the standard portion is SUPPOSED to have.

Come to subway if you like paying extra and $15 for a lettuce sub. Do everyone a favor and throw in the towel and go bankrupt already.

I ordered a sandwich through the app for this store they charged my card never received a confirmation email then when I called the store the told me they did not have the bread I wanted what does that have to do with me being charged and the app is horrible if they don’t have the sandwich or bread shut the app down your charging people still have not received my refund and the store also told me I wasn’t charged but I have it showing on my account I was charged by subway and the amount so frustrating when your going on a lunch break from work and they don’t have your order shut the app down or figure out the issues

Very very bad experience..Service is very bad. Staff is not pleasant. Whatever asked he is just throwing in the bread. Billed before preparing the sandwich and saying some items are extra charged when asked.
