ordered online at 8:20pm, got there at 8:30pm. as soon as entered the store female employee said why didn’t I order food earlier and complained until I moved out of the store in a passive aggressive way. it wasn’t 8:55, it wasnt even 8:45, food ordered at 8:20 and picked up at 8:30. tragicomic and unpleasant customer service
The food here is delicious. The sandwiches are made the way you want every time.

I had the sandwich of the day on Saturday which was the Ultimate BMT sandwich, chips, bottled water for $7.50. Sandwich was delicious! Service was a new guy on his 3rd day working by himself. He tried hard and hustled. Subway was busy with those app orders. Store was very clean!!! I will be back!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at the Subway at 80 Newport Ave May 19 at 3:30 was bad enough that I feel it needs to be shared.
I walked in and told the employee I wanted a Philly. She didn’t seem to hear me, so I repeated myself, then changed my order to #31. When she asked what bread I wanted, I said “cheesy bread”—but I wasn’t familiar with the options, and she didn’t offer any explanation or choices.
Throughout the interaction, it felt like she wasn’t hearing me, even though I was speaking clearly I and at a normal volume. So I said, “If there’s a problem, we can solve it, because I’m talking as loud as I can.” She told me it was Where she was making the sandwich was loud. I said to her it’s the music De-escalateI understood that—but then she started mocking me, saying things like the music wasn’t even that loud, in a tone that felt sarcastic and rude.
I told her I didn’t want the sandwich anymore—twice—and she became more dismissive. When I asked for the manager, she said she’d call them but didn’t, and then refused to give me the manager’s number when I asked again.
On top of that, she brought up that the first time I came in, she “couldn’t hear me then either” and that she “knew I was going to be a problem.” That first visit, I was just nervous and completely polite—so to be labeled like that felt unfair and disrespectful.
Overall, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever received at any Subway. If you’re someone who values being treated with basic decency, I strongly suggest avoiding this location.
Highly disappointed. I showed up here to order food and was told I could not put banana peppers on my order there is no sign that states I can not
I asked to add shredded lettuce to my order was told No I could not do it since when can you not build your order and there was no sign stating you could not I requested a manager and was refused

Hard working employee, but I think it's understaffed. 4 sodas are out of the machine too which says alot.
Everything was made quick and properly, all ingredients were fresh and restaurant was clean!

If this could be a 0 star that is what I would give! So tonight I just didn’t feel like cooking! My son goes into Subway to get what was ordered and comes back to the car, I look in the bag and there is 1 foot long and 1 6in. Both of us ordered foot long subs. So now I go in and tell the lady we got the wrong sandwich. She says we're out of bread so we just put in whatever. Mind you the 6 inch was a meatball sub which was not what anybody ordered so if you're going to make a 6 inch instead of a foot-long why not make the correct sandwich. So then she proceeds to open up the foot-long with no gloves on touching all of the food that was inside of the sandwich. So I say to her now you're going to have to remake that sandwich as well because your hands are all over the inside of it. She says like I said we're out of bread. You can wait for my manager to get here and maybe provide us with bread but I can't refund you for these nor can I make you new ones.
So now I am out food and the money it cost me to order this food! This is not the first time something like this has happened at this location. Stay away from there if you actually want what you pay for.

Ordered online, they called 10 minutes later that they have no steak. Then I said cancel the order so i get my refund, he insisted that I have to cancel from the app which There’s no option for me to cancel. Drove there handed my phone and told him to cancel it for me. Then they said there’s nothing they can do they already checked as I picked up my food. They kept saying there is nothing to do , and will return your refund tonight which I have not received and on top of it they wasted my lunch break. Stay away from this one. It’s not worth it

One of the employees was very rude and told me to order everything at once in front of other customers so they don't have to run around, well excuse me not everyone knows what they want off the top of there heads especially when you don't go there to often

12.50 is little more than I want to pay for a footlong
I showed up at 8:20 pm and the door was locked as I walked up to it. So I left and drove 10 minutes away to the East Providence subway who had no problem serving me and being so kind!
Places says closes at 9 pm I walk in at 8pm and lady says there closed. Just plain lazy.
