Great place to watch any sporting event! The food is very good and the pizza is on a diffrent level good. The staff was pleasant and attentive. If you’re in the area or just looking to try a new spot you won’t be disappointed.

We were there last night for karaoke. The teenagers wanted to try Karaoke. It was very clean, food and drinks were very good. karaoke DJ awesome. we all had a great time.

Really cool and chill local bar! Me and wife popped in few weeks ago and I think we're regulars now..lol..the good is amazing especially the chicken tenders and the pizza! Good drinks and chill atmosphere. Really enjoyed it

Came in this afternoon w. my husband and two of his family members visiting from Trinidad 🇹🇹. I ordered the Cobb salad w. a side of tots and it was delicious. The salad came in a very big bowl and NOT a brown lettuce leaf in sight. The salad was fresh and delicious. The crispy chicken chunks on top of my salad were very good, moist and well seasoned. Our server, Monica as very nice, personable & funny. She also took a family photo for us before we left. Thank You Monica 😊. If myself and my husband didn't live in N.H, this would definitely be our go-to spot. Thank you for making us feel welcomed ☺️

I have gotten drinks in the past at the local and always had a great time with great venues. Last night we ordered delivery from the local and I absolutely must say that they have one of the best pizzas I have ever had. A must try! And the delivery was fast, don’t hesitate to order from them

I always enjoy coming here especially on Wednesdays since growing up in East Providence pre & post graduation I always did love to perform guitare & other insturments & sing, although I must admit as someone who found out they were French by asking their physician if they had the colon cancer "their" mother died from, I do in fact mind my Perriers which are almost always nonalcoholic chasers being singled out just for noticeability when that's my way of staying connected to my birth parents and part of my repetoire as a musician, freelancer, writer, copywriter & so on. Amazing bar & pub, best in the Home Town, yet that sort of thing crawls under the flesh and skin and makes one feel very unsafe and singled out. Appian Way across the street, though; didn't know that when I was younger. Have to love EP

Stopped by the Local for some beer and pizza. Went with the Captains Daughter on draft. For pizza, I went with pepperoni and sausage cooked in Moving Dough's wood fired brick oven. Great tasting and thought it was cooked excellent. Ordered and ate at the bar. Great service.

Super disappointed with our most recent visit. We love The Local and have recommended it to many but our experience was poor enough to warrant a fitting review. People in my group ordered a Vegas bomb shot and the waitress returned with just the alcohol in shot glasses. When we informed the waitress the shots were missing the accompanying glass with red bull, she said that she put the red bull into the shot. We were still charged the extra price of a bomb shot. We were also disappointed to see that the menu had changed since we last went as two of our favorites had been taken off. The music was also so loud that I could hardly hear the person right next to me screaming in my ear. There were also so many ads playing in between songs. I would hope a bar could afford a few dollars on a streaming service to remove ads. The place was clean and the food we ordered was good but we probably won't be back for a while.
