i have been coming to this dunkin for years. and never had a bad drink. until they released that sabrina daydream collection. i order the strawberry daydream every time i come by and yet somehow it always ends up wrong. i’ve gotten it right maybe 5 times total out of maybe 30 times or ordering it. i will not be coming back.

I just went through the drive thru to order some drinks and a donut for my daughter. I asked for a donut with sprinkles and was informed they did not have any, to which my daughter ended up having a tantrum. After hearing this over the mic, the two employees working went out of there way to add sprinkles to one of the frosted donuts and made my daughters day. As parents we really appreciate this, excellent service!

Ordered ground coffee on app 4/3/25. So it was paid. They didn’t have it, told me to come back Friday. They couldn’t give it to me because the manager wasn’t available. I requested the managers name and # which I was given, just want to schedule a time for me to come. Yet the phone just rings and has no voicemail.

I am a frequent customer of this dunkin.. They make a decent coffee although the workers rarely greet or smile at you. This morning someone forgot to take the paper off the cheese and microwaved it into my wrap.. Absolutely disgusting.

Hey, it's Dunkin Donuts - not the world's best food and coffee. But when you're on the road and you need quick coffee that's going to taste how you expect, and a couple donuts for the kids - it does the trick. This one had curbside which I appreciated so I didn't have to unload the 2 kids or wait in the drive-thru with them.
Food and coffee was made perfectly. They even asking twice if my coffee was up to my tasting with sugar and cream. The service also was great. As to if my sandwich was to my tasting, to come back to receive another and up course with, served with a smile and have a great day

I hate to write this, but whoever the manager is. Is awful. I was just in today at 6/8/2024 approx at 8:30am one of the new workers made a mistake on a order where rhe purchase didint go through all the way. The manager made this worker pay for that order with her own money. Unbelievable. Manager needs ti be fired or dealt with.
