“There is never a dull moment at the tavern. I’ve been frequenting this place for over 10 years at this point. They have an incredible blues jam on Sundays with the hottest house band in town. It’s been going on for nearly 20 years. A good friend of mine hosts the open mic on Thursday nights, and they have a great format you can play as a solo artist or you can do an open jam. They have a very affordable wing special on Wednesdays. The atmosphere is lively and fun. I’ve made friends with some of the regulars. Some of them have been coming to the same bar for 50 years. The owner Robyn is very friendly and hard-working. Her whole family is invested in the business and I really appreciate that, having worked in the service industry for a long time. “Quite possibly the best meal I’ve ever had, in or outside of a restaurant. I had one of the specials, a Portuguese-style steak, which was cooked perfectly medium-rare. Juicy, smothered in a delectable sauce. The portion was incredible for the price. The service was perfectly paced, the staff were attentive and friendly. I will be coming back, and inviting everyone I can!”

“We’ve been ordering from Ivy and Lace since my son’s first smash cake 6 years ago. We now have 3 kids and order all their birthday cakes and cookies from here. The designs are exactly what we ask for, the flavors are amazing, everyone always raves at how perfect the cakes and cookies taste and look!

There was a little miscommunication for my son’s birthday this year, and we realized his cake was never made for his party when we went to pick it up. Amy SO graciously still managed to make the same exact cake we asked for and personally delivered it to us with plenty of time to spare!! To us, this goes above and beyond what we expected out of this situation, and we are SO grateful for her generosity!! We will continue to be a dedicated customer indefinitely!!!”

“So pleased that we drive by this amazing market on the way to my son and DIL’s new house. Everything we’ve tried so far is over the top delicious! Sourdough bread- amazing and light but crusty on top! Soups are fabulous- Italian wedding, chicken chowder and turkey chili were our first try’s and impossible to pick a favorite. All just delicious. Now, portobello stuffed mushrooms- flavor bombs- must try!! Croissants are all just phenomenal! Each trip leads us to taste test more options and thankfully, today is our next trip!!
