“Ordered takeout from Wise Guys on Douglas Pike in Smithfield. We were greeted by a sassy and friendly Holly when picking up. The order was ready 10 minutes early and was piping hot. We had a NY Sytle half ham & half pepperoni, a Sicilian cheese, and a huge personal Knucky Thompson with Blue Cheese. Great sauce and crust. Glad we finally tried this place out and loved the customer service!!”

“I’ve always loved Blackie’s as a restaurant, but hosting my husband’s surprise 60th birthday party there made me appreciate it even more. Everything about the event was absolutely wonderful. The private room was beautiful and decorated so nicely, creating the perfect atmosphere for such a special celebration. It was the perfect mingling space where everyone could comfortably move around, socialize, and enjoy the party together. The food was delicious with beautiful presentation, and there was more than enough for everyone. Our guests kept commenting on how great everything was. The staff was attentive, professional, and helped make the entire event feel seamless and stress free. I highly recommend Blackie’s not only for dinner, but also for special events and celebrations. It was truly a memorable experience for our family and friends. A special thank you to Jeanine for all of her help in making the evening so perfect and memorable.”

This time they teamed up with Ember To Ash Lounge for a fabulous evening featuring premium cigars from Oliva Cigar Co. and a decadent five-course dinner with wine pairings with a fabulous jazz band for entertainment. We kicked things off with a refreshing lobster & shrimp ceviche, followed by a savory filet crostini and crisp summer salad. Next came the star of the night—pillowy homemade ravioli—before finishing with an impressive mixed grill served in a truly generous portion! A huge thank you to Ariana, Shay, Megan, and the entire team for crafting such a memorable and delicious experience.”

“I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly and the food is great! Sure it’s a bit of a wait of you want something like a cheeseburger sub but that’s 100% normal. It can’t be magically handed to you out of thin air, they have to make it. Everything I have tried here has exceeded expectations. If you love deli foods you will love it here. They now have themselves a customer for life!”

“This is my favorite bakery in RI. I go there from Providence even though there are plenty of bakeries here. This location has excellent espresso, good pizza, excellent cannolis and the best prosciutto sandwich I’ve ever had. The prices are very fair.”

“Cute pizza shop in Smithfield. Pizza, chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks are the best.
There is a nice bar on the other side of the pizza shop with music on Friday nights and karaoke on Saturday nights.”

“For starters. how about filling the drinks instead of bringining a partial drink that's FULL of ice. I asked the server what the deal was. He told me that they are only allowed to put 4.5 Oz or they'll get fired. WTH. That's ridiculous.”

“We enjoyed everything! Reasonable prices. Fresh sushi. Delicious basics such as miso soup and rice. Tempura not overly greasy. Nice and crispy. Katsu delicious. Red snapper was fresh. Alcoholic drinks give a lot for the price. The creamy orange salad dressing was delicious. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Dessert was great too. Good portion just enough to finish off a nice dinner. We left full and satisfied not overly stuffed .. For all of this food it came to a little bit over a hundred for 3 people.( appetizer, entrees, cocktails, sushi, dessert)
Keep in mind for the chicken teriyaki. Dont expect chinese style filet on a stick . Its more like kebab style w square glazed chicken and veggies on 2 sticks( see photo) small for price in my opinion. Good flavor though!”

“We just tried out the new location in north Providence. It was absolutely delicious!!!! It was very clean, the service was exceptional and very attentive. They came over to us several times to make sure everything was okay. The manager Bob was super nice ! He came over to introduce himself and made sure we were okay several times as well! “I went to several businesses around where I live and the iced coffee is hit or miss. Today in particular I went to two places and the iced coffee was just absolutely garbage. One place the ice coffee tasted old, other one had a very strange taste. I drove down to Coffee Connection and they never miss. The ice coffee today was just as perfect as it always is. I just wish it was closer to my house. The staff is always very polite. 5 Stars!!!!!”

The root beer is made daily.
It had the best musheoom and Swiss burger!
Fries were lightly seasoned and fantastic.
Cheese curds were great, a nice surprise. Fried Cheddar cheese like mozzarella sticks but bite sized like tater tots.
Counter help very nice and friendly.
