“Does it bother anyone else when someone says that they will be right with you....and then walks away to do the drive thru....(when someone is already there) and continues on drive tru so a 3 person takes the counter. And then they didn't have the coffee made to make my order! All I want is a XL coffee black, you can't get it!“
“Great new location. New drive through and it's really quick. This location just scored major points with me. It's one of the best run locations. It's a much bigger store than their old one. Better service, staff is always friendly and get my order right each time. The parking lot is well designed so traffic flows in and out easily. The bathrooms are super clean (they are brand new) inside the store is well laid out with a nice seating area. I highly recommend this location over some of the other ones.“
“What's not to love about Dunkin' ? They have a large selection of donuts, sandwiches, bagels, snacks and more.I have a gift card with balance, so it was easy to get on the mobile app and make a purchase using that process.The store was similar to others, busy when I went in.I approached the mobile order pick up area and my bag, with my name on it was ready...easy easy !!!“

“Ok I know that this particular location receives many poor reviews but I just needed to share. Thanks to the young man taking/serving my order in the drive up window this morning. The comic relief was much appreciated! We had a little difficulty with my coffee order, crap happens, but when we got to the window and he totally took responsibility and knocked his head saying "oh darn it" (edited for the review) i all but cried laughing!! He could have had an attitude but he rolled with it and made me laugh out loud. Thanks young man in the drive up. I appreciate you!!“
“BEST DONUT'S I'VE EVER HAD!!! Went for the first time and got a glazed blueberry cake donut and an apple fritter. The blueberry donut blows Dunkin's version out of the water and the apple fritter was by far the best donut I've ever had. Plus customer service was great, clean and new/nice inside area and 3 free donut holes were thrown in!“
“Best donuts in RI. Some of the best donuts I've ever tasted. The owners/staff are so kind and nice. The only suggestion I would give them is to make more cake donuts, and that's only because those are my favorite. Their yeast donuts are just out-of-this-world good and I know they would make incredible cake donuts. We have a good number of really good donut shops in RI, but this one has the best tasting, best textured donuts I have tasted.Also, seriously, the best apple fritter I have ever tasted. Go early when they're still a little warm and buy 12 and then eat them secretly by yourself.“

“Just want to say I absolutely love this location. There can be a line of cars at the drive thru but I know this location can handle it and is super fast and efficient. Also, the staff at this particular location goes above and beyond. I choose to go to this Dunkin every time because of the staffs outstanding service!I normally see Eddie and Cherelle (sp?) in the morning! Honestly everyone has a pleasant demeanor and makes this place! It is very well run!“
