2 stars for the morning crew. The guys working the window and register are decent. The woman with dark ponytail - perhaps the manager? - put her bare fingers on part of the food when picking it up which I didn't eat and threw it out- gross - and then tries getting rude with you. She should not be working there I've reported the incident to Dunkindonuts.

On another occasion, a daytime crew impressed with their positive attitudes and excellent service, salvaging a bad experience into a fantastic one. The drive-through team's professionalism and friendliness saved the day, showing that Dunkin' has its shining moments amidst occasional slip-ups.
