They have no sense of urgency at this dunkin. i’m late for work at this point thing this sitting now 15 minutes in the drive through. i’ve never had to wait this. big guy making the sandwiches moves at snail speed and i’m pissed. never been this pressed about a fast food trip but come on. and I hate the manager at this place too from past experiences so this just makes everything about this place sucks.

Got up before the kids to surprise them with the spider donut. I was given two donuts without the legs. Two orange frosted donuts with chocolate munchkins in the middle. The employee also stacked the two donuts on top of each other. One donut has no frosting, and the other has double.

Ok I know that this particular location receives many poor reviews but I just needed to share. Thanks to the young man taking/serving my order in the drive up window this morning. The comic relief was much appreciated! We had a little difficulty with my coffee order, crap happens, but when we got to the window and he totally took responsibility and knocked his head saying "oh darn it" (edited for the review) i all but cried laughing!! He could have had an attitude but he rolled with it and made me laugh out loud. Thanks young man in the drive up. I appreciate you!!

You ask for your order, and they will mess it up.. The coffee is always off. For example: I asked for a med, French vanilla, ice coffee, with cream, no sugar. They: give me French vanilla, iced with (3 shots of vanilla swirls???) Why? Making the coffee so sweet that it is unbearable ? to drink. I'm not going back again.

This is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I honestly question if it's some sort of running joke the employees have to literally give customers the wrong order every time. I've been here 4 times and every time, each item in my order is made incorrectly or a completely different item. Trying to get them to fix it is a waste of time because they will begrudgingly remake things, but do it wrong yet again. Simple stuff, I ordered an orange juice and a medium coffee, 2 flavor shots, 2 cream, 2 sugar, but then we got an apple juice and a coffee with 3 flavor shots, 32 cream, and 3 sugar (yes, 32 cream, it's disgusting, there's barely any coffee in it). I don't know how this place still has customers. I haven't been here for a year until today and figured I'd give them another try to see if they'd be better, but they're just as bad as the last time. Never again.

Horrible coffee taste like water. Been 3 times and all 3 times has been horrible. Also it was absolutely disgusting in the dining area. Trash everywhere floor has crumbs everywhere. Cooperate needs to intervene frfr.

The worst DD on the planet. My order is wrong every time I go there. I live close and try to give the benefit of the doubt but I just refuse to any longer. I'd drive a half hour to go somewhere else which isn't that bad cause it'd still be quicker. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. Place is a circus.

This place is the slowest Dunkin drive thru I have been through. After placing my order it took an additional 15 minutes just to make it up to the window to get my order. After paying, my order still was NOT ready and made wrong. When asked to fix my order the manager was extremely rude.
