“I don't understand all the negative reviews about this location. It's really not that serious. We're talking about donuts and coffee, people....it's not an emergency room. lol... Get a grip. I've been coming here for years because the place is clean, the staff has always been polite, and they've never screwed up an order. But honestly...here's some life advice for customers who always seem to have bad experiences...everywhere they go. If you're always running into issues, maybe you're the problem? If you walk into an establishment with a chip on your shoulder, you can't expect everyone to make excuses for your bad attitude and victim complex. I'm middle aged, and I can honestly say that in the 45 years I've been on this planet I can count the number of unsavory customer service experiences I've had, on one hand. The response you receive is often a reflection of the energy you put into the Universe.“
“Went in to get my regular extra large hot with extra extra cream and sugar like i always do and those kids behind the register absolutely killed it with the customer service they were very kind and actually held a good conversation while making my coffee i wouldn’t say the same for the morning crew but if you come in after 4 expect great service and even better employees“
“I don't know what magic Wendy used to pull in the mornings, but since she left this location my 2 minute coffee stop turned into a 10+ minute stop.Everything that comes out of the toaster has a weird taste like something burnt inside of it months ago and was never cleaned out. I visit Dinkins all over new England this definitely isn't normal.The building has been updated.Update 5/18/22- do not come here if you're in a rush, or even if you're on time, it'll make you late. You can watch the manager reprimand employees right behind the counter while you wait.10/25/22 Wendy has returned and service is back to normal.Update 8/23- Wendy is gone again, all new faces on the morning crew.“
“I love their donuts and always have, they have several varieties and they are always fresh. I tried the new croissant donut and loved it. I hope they keep expanding what flavors are offered in this style. They are a must try! If them available in your area go try them out and see the delicious difference.“
“BEST DONUT'S I'VE EVER HAD!!! Went for the first time and got a glazed blueberry cake donut and an apple fritter. The blueberry donut blows Dunkin's version out of the water and the apple fritter was by far the best donut I've ever had. Plus customer service was great, clean and new/nice inside area and 3 free donut holes were thrown in!“
“I had a hankering for a "real" donut, not a mass produced one. Master's Donuts did not disappoint! I had a lemon filled raised donut that was light and fluffy and delicious. Totally worth the calories! And the drive! Shop was very clean and service was great! Highly recommended!“
“I cannot praise Glaze N Daze enough. I live out of state and coordinated a pregnancy reveal for family far away using a box of their exciting treats via delivery with Grub Hub. The owner was responsive via social media apps to help me coordinate and plot :) Maple bacon, stranger things, and Apple fritter were standout favorites of the dozen I selected! “Boba Lova RI is a wonderful! I am a big fan of bubble tea, and was very pleased with all the options they had for boba and also for other teas as well. I had the Thai iced tea with golden boba (delicious) and ordered a white peach green tea with no ice to save for the next day. It was absolutely delicious the next day, but this drink is very sweet - perfect for me but if you aren’t as big a fan of sweet drinks I’d choose something else. Very light and refreshing! I was intrigued by their mochi donuts because I’d never had them before and I was blown away at how delicious they are! Flavors rotate, but I was able to try a few of them and then went back to purchase four more to take home. I put them in Tupperware overnight and they were just as delicious the next day. Very fresh and airy, and the flavors are amazing! The service was also phenomenal. I wasn’t sure what to order and a lot of questions based on my flavor preferences and both Kayley and Soknin (the owner) were so helpful and kind. I felt like they were old friends and we could have chatted for hours. There’s also a nice big parking lot, and plenty of seats inside to sit and relax. Check out this spot and you won’t be disappointed!“
