Went in to get my regular extra large hot with extra extra cream and sugar like i always do and those kids behind the register absolutely killed it with the customer service they were very kind and actually held a good conversation while making my coffee i wouldn’t say the same for the morning crew but if you come in after 4 expect great service and even better employees
The manager in the a.m. with the long grey hair should be wearing a face mask when dealing with the public. I think her name is Crystal. I feel bad for the young kid who works with her. We're not out of the woods yet.

Let's start with the fact I walked in and there was already a customer freaking out because she picked up her hot coffee and it was spilling all over her because they didn't secure the lid. Then after she left the girls behind the counter were bad mouthing her. I ordered my stuff and received a burnt sandwich, charcoal burnt bacon and a coolata that wasn't even full.SMH. ill never return here and will tell everyone of how bad it is. Unbelievable.
