Stopped by the Powder Mill Creamery many years ago on the way home from the CT and discovered that they had amazing rich ice cream. It is a distance from where I live so I don't get to go very often. My favorite flavor is the White Chocolate caramel Pistachio but there are many options. Today my friend had pumpkin ice cream with chocolate sauce and peanut butter cups on top. Nice location, Good icecream flavors, though the portions aren't anywhere near as much as the Ice cream machine at Diamond hill or Lincoln creamery for the $$. The chocolate covered waffle cones rolled in multi colored sprinkles with 2 scoops is meal in it self at L.C. Thats my go to place. 5 windows to help speed the line too. ??

Even with long lines in the summer, it moves quickly, and the staff is always friendly. I was vegan for 6 years, and they have the best non dairy ice cream I've had from a creamery. Now, I eat their regular ice cream, and it's just as good.Dietary restrictions: Call ahead to find out when the vegan options are available. They usually have chocolate and cookies & cream.
