I absolutely used to love this bakery. And they do still have the best Zeppole in the state... however, their prices are absolutely outrageous now, plus they charge for using a card. The customer service has gone way down hill.... people behind the counter are super rude and short with customers. I am very disappointed in how bad of an experience I had... the pastry is good but not good enough to pay a small fortune and to be treated so badly....
This is my favorite bakery in RI. I go there from Providence even though there are plenty of bakeries here. This location has excellent espresso, good pizza, excellent cannolis and the best prosciutto sandwich I’ve ever had. The prices are very fair.

I ordered 12 trays of wedding cookies for a thank you lunch I was hosting that was important to me. When the cookies were opened, I noticed a rancid odor. They tasted awful and left a bad after taste in your mouth. Also, the cookies at the very bottom were stuck to the tray and disintegrated when you picked them up.
