I was checking out mid conversation with cashier sum one walked in and cashier talked to them.and just ignored me like I didn't matter. So rude. She tried to finish what she was saying to me and I just walked out. Left food didn't pay. Do better
This chipotle location consistently messes up orders and doesn’t have great food preparation things are sloppy and seem like there just thrown together.
I got a bowl at around 5:45 today and they gave me the smallest portion. It wasn’t even up to half of the bowl. I shouldn’t have to ask for a double portion just for them to fill up the bowl. Food is great though.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a welcoming restaurant with friendly staff. Generous portions and helpful staff, including Brandon, make for a pleasant dining experience. The gentlemen who cashed out was particularly friendly and nice. The watermelon lime drink is a standout, and the drinks are similar to those at Panera Bread. The restaurant has improved its ambiance and drink offerings since moving to its new location in Smithfield.
