This place went downhill quick... it was great over the summer. You walk in now during lunch, and it's a mess, there are barely any employees and they have zero customer service. Go elsewhere for Chipotle if you can help it.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a welcoming restaurant with friendly staff. Generous portions and helpful staff, including Brandon, make for a pleasant dining experience. The gentlemen who cashed out was particularly friendly and nice. The watermelon lime drink is a standout, and the drinks are similar to those at Panera Bread. The restaurant has improved its ambiance and drink offerings since moving to its new location in Smithfield.
