I just want to share, that I went thru drive-in window and order the most confusing order ever. Iced Machiatto soy milk etch and another one, This young woman who assisted me at the window/DT not sure who. She was the most patient young lady I have ever met. Just stopped in for morning drink and I have to say just the nicest, friendliest Starbucks crew here. Everyone smiled and was really courteous.
I really like the mobile app bcause it's easy and if I have to be somewhere, I don't have to worry about waiting in line. There are times where my item says it will be ready at a certain time & isn't, but it's not usually any more than five minutes, which is very convenient. Drinks are pretty pricey, especially if you're taking out an ingredient out and want to add something, they don't account for that.They only account for what you're adding.Not what you're taking out.
