We just tried out the new location in north Providence. It was absolutely delicious!!!! It was very clean, the service was exceptional and very attentive. They came over to us several times to make sure everything was okay. The manager Bob was super nice ! He came over to introduce himself and made sure we were okay several times as well! Highly recommend!!
While the food might be wonderful, the service is not. Ordered online and said it would take 40 minutes which is acceptable when we arrived we were told that it was not ready 40 minutes later. It is still not ready. That is unacceptable. That is poor customer service and they didn’t offer anything in return to make up for it. So you can expect the food to be good but the service to lack. You can decide if it’s worth it but for us it is not and we will not be telling anyone...read full review
At first very impressed with this establishment. We visited often. As time has gone by service is absolutely terrible. We were there last week on a Tuesday night, the restaurant was not busy. Service was beyond horrible. Waited an hour for our dinners. We didn't order anthing complicated. We had to keep asking for things and still not getting it.
