We were going in to have a nice Father's Day Breakfast. We told by the women seating that it would be at least 25 minutes because everyone just sat. As we were heading to our car a group of four exited. She lied to us!

Don’t ever trust a restaurant that’s only open on weekends and expect the best of the best. …But this was not good at all.

Im not trying to shame a small business by any means. But we got food poisoning. I figured this review would be good for people who have a sensitive stomachs.

Atmosphere - looks cute/down to earth. It was a full house and we did have to be on a waitlist to be seated. Once inside, it was loud and waitresses were yelling across the room at everything. It appeared to be unorganized and chaotic.

First Seated- waited long time with no menus to look at or water. Waitress kept forgetting us and our needs throughout the experience. She seemed to make it a priority to talk to incoming guest.

Food- canned processed food(like hormel corned beef hash).Stale bread that was burnt. Cheap eggs with neon yellow colored yolks. The potatoes tased old, like sprouted potatoes ones. They were oil soaked soggy home fries. They came beyond small portion. ( we think we got sick off of these)The french toast was the only thing that was visually appealing. But the neufchatel cheese(not cream cheese) filling over took the taste and ruined it.

My Daughter ended up getting food poisoning. She was in and out of the bathroom for the rest of the day. I felt ill and had to lay down. I noticed when I was eating that they are cooking with the lowest quality of foods and they tasted old. (Remember they are only open on weekends. So I can’t image how fresh the pantry/walk-in items are.) We didn’t finish our plates and when I don’t polish off my plate…there’s something seriously wrong. I made a joke to my daughter saying that maybe they just do this for fun because it didn’t seem like a serious restaurant. For the money I spent on the bill, it was the enough to buy everything of better quality at the store and have it for the whole week. For the high price they are charging I expected two things. Either large portions or small portions with amazing quality and taste. This did not fit either of those expectations. If you’re hungry, keep driving because there’s better places not that much further. Love yourself. You will thank me later.

So, after my daughter’s 5th trip into the bathroom…I jumped on google to read the reviews. After scrolling, I do feel validated. Our experience wasn’t the first and was consistent with other guest. It seemed like it has so much potential but after 8+ years of the same reviews it’s apparent they have no means on improving or changing.

I’m not sure how they are still in business for concerns and health code violations. Without harm and true honesty, I serve my dog better quality food than what we given today. Sad face.

Update: I still feel ill from leaving knight farms and its been now 7 hours. My Daughter hasn’t been able to stop visiting the bathroom and is in distress. I think we are in for the long haul. Please change for the health of the customers or don’t be a business at all.

Ah, Knight Farm in Scituate, Rhode Island! Just saying the name conjures up warm, fuzzy feelings and the irresistible aroma of buttery, flaky biscuits smothered in rich, savory gravy. They offer friendly recommendations, and always have a kind word or a chuckle to share. It's the kind of place where you feel like you're part of the family, even if it's your first visit. And then there's the food. Oh, the glorious food! I'm here to tell you, Knight Farm's biscuits and gravy are legendary. The biscuits, light and fluffy as clouds, practically melt in your mouth. Each bite bursts with buttery goodness, flecked with hints of warmth from the oven. And the gravy? Let's just say it's a revelation. Rich, creamy, and studded with savory sausage, it's the kind of gravy that makes you want to lick the plate clean (and maybe sneak a dunk or two with your leftover toast). But Knight Farm's culinary magic extends far beyond. Their omelets are fluffy masterpieces, bursting with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. And the coffee? Knights farm is a great breakfast spot in a rural setting. The food is good no matter what you get. Portions are large and the atmosphere is welcoming. It's never to crowded if you go early. Outdoor setting in the summer time, fireplace going in the winter time.

I was looking for a nice place country feel for breakfast. Saw this place had great reviews. Love the look of the place. We came here and the wait was not too long however the service was slow. Our waitress was great and friendly and maybe it was an off day so completely understandable. The food portion is great! The taste was ok. Loved the pancakes.
