I am SO beyond sick and tired of this exact Dunkin location. Every. Single. Time. I come in (pretty regularly) they find a way to mess up or forget something. I’ve lived in the area over a year now and I don’t think my order has been 100% right once. Workers usually have an additude and mess up orders because they don’t read the tickets or listen. There is no reason for my wrap to come burnt or without an egg on it? Or my coffee regularly is handed to me with no flavor in it? Not sure what is going on here but thank you for consistently ruining my morning and giving Dunkin overall a bad reputation.

I was there yesterday inside with my grandson. There was a women saying racial remarks in a joking manner. I will not go back to this Dunkin. I had to explain to my grandson that some people are just ignorant.

Felt very rushed by person at drive through. No one in front or in back of me. Man was being very rude over the intercom. Not letting one speak. Talking over me. I left the drive through, parked and went in. I asked for the manager. A young lady told me she was a trainer. I asked who was working the drive through and why I was being treated rudely. A man with a head set on missing one top tooth said i am. Rudely again he told me he is on a timer and had no time to take orders so I need to be quicker. Then another woman tells my daughter that she must find me embarrassing. I then told her not to talk to my 11yo daughter. The issue was with me. I asked for the corporate number and his name. The man then told me I needed to leave the store, he was calling the police, and never to come back again. I was not being treating in anyway. I would not go back to that dunkin ever again. I went to Starbucks in Westerly instead. Sorry DD I have been a customer for a very long won't shop at any DD again.

Terrible service literally had 5 cars in front of me and it took them 45 minutes from the time I arrived to when I got my coffee not to mention their frozen machines aren’t working there was no mocha syrup and there was also no vanilla bean syrup

took 30 minutes to go through the drive thru with 4 cars in front of me. then when i got to the window i was told they didnt have 3 of the main things i was ordering. it is very slow paced at this dunkin and seems pretty inefficient here possibly not working together to get the line through. I have been to many dunkins and this one is probably one of the worst.

I ordered an ice coffee with cream and sugar. It looked like milk with no coffee. Took a few minutes to get the woman's attention. She fix it.
