I'm not sure why but this DD just takes a lot longer than any other place in the area. It takes me about 20 mins average from the time I get to the drive thru until I get my coffee. Some days it's 30 mins. The staff are always super sweet but I just don't understand why it takes up to 20 ish minutes to get a coffee when it's really not busy. It's the only one (only place to get a coffee at all) between my house and the highway. If not for that I would definitely go somewhere else. Very sweet staff working there, just not up to par in terms of service in a timely manner.

The manager( she was working the drive thur) was an absolute mess today at 12:15 with a family that has three children you figure she wouldn’t drop f bombs. And then mention how she mature an old what a joke couldn’t keep track of a single order very bad service an the employees were dreading working with her you could tell by facial expressions and the way they are talking.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever gone to. Ordered a big box of munchkins and 1 frosted donut. The girl at the window really put the frosted donut in a bag and then filled the same bag with all the munchkins. WHO DOES THAT. And then to top it off the munchkins were so stale they were inedible

Spent 20 minutes in DT for a mobile order. Cashier just didn’t care at all. This was my third time here since this summer… they all had the same attitude. If you don’t like your job, then find a new one. Don’t go messing up someone else’s day. Especially if they didn’t get their coffee yet!

We go to Dunkin at least twice a day. Today, Oct 5,2023 was horrendous. We had to tell the girl three times what kind of coffee we wanted, then several times that we wanted two donuts instead of one. They move like snails. When we asked for the recite they couldn't print it because there was no paper. LAMO! They couldn't print it because they didn't want to. Too many bad reviews. They should probably shut it down until they can get some good competent help or at least someone who gives a damn. I get it , know one wants to work. My husband and I own a business in town but we don't and won't put up with this foolishness. I guess we will just have to go to the other dunkins.

Nice rest stop driving back to NYC from Cape Cod. Staff cordial,DD Latte delicious , restroom clean, ample parking .

First off I just want to say, I feel so bad for the employees at this Dunkin. It is trash, and they are always under staffed. My review is for who ever owns this place, maybe, make sure your employees have the support they need, and check in on your store once and a while? I was disgusted by the state of the place, I waited well over 20 min for two coffees, some snacking bacon (that once I got it I realized it was just plain bacon burnt but I was not about to go back.) There was one younger kid (who I'm sorry but they needed a shower and clean shirt and maybe two months off, he looked so stressed) trying to get all the food and drinks done while there was an another much older gentleman (who should be retired at home relaxin) who was of no help. He just kept walking back and forth and didn't relay to me that they were working on the order, so I just sat there waiting. (I had already paid or I would have left) this older man took orders terribly and was so rude, but again I get why he was rude, there was a line of cars and only TWO F&$@ing employees. I've been in the service industry and it's so stressful when your boss leaves you out to hang. F@&$ this place, I hope those two guys get the heck out of there and quit. I'm never going back. Shame on me for going there anyway, I need to go to a local business.
